I have always loved languages, ever since I was a kid. Back in high school, in university, and even now in my free time I have spent and continue to spend a lot of energies to learn languages and to travel abroad to improve my English, French and Arabic skills. I have studied to become a translator and to work with these languages in combination with my first language: Italian. In the past, I lived abroad as well to understand better foreign cultures, get to know new people and to challenge myself in different work environments.I graduated in translation studies in Rome and then I achieved my MA in Translation and Interpreting at Swansea University in Wales, UK. I specialized in English into Italian translation, particularly in the medical field. Later on, I approached the marketing field and I did some translation jobs related to e-commerce, tourism industry and technical videos. I also undertook some minor jobs in the game industry.Other than working as a freelance translator, I worked as a sales representative for a couple of travel agencies where I developed great communication and customer service skills.I love translating because I find linguistic challenges exciting and because I feel fulfilled by helping people communicating with a wider group of people.ps.
