Bio

Raised in various locations around the UK, from an early age I knew that languages were what inspired me. After studying French and Spanish at A-Level with a self-taught GCSE in Italian, I went on to choose French and Italian at university, before starting a Master's in Interpreting and Translation with a Diploma in Public Services Interpreting (Italian><English).

Following a brief stint where I freelanced alongside my job as a French communicator, I joined TransPerfect as an internal linguist, where I was promoted to Italian Language Lead in under a year. I was also nominated for and subsequently won the 2019 Award for Best Team Player.

I now work as a freelancer specialised in life sciences and medical texts, although I also have professional experience in several other areas, notably fashion retail and marketing.
