Hello, my name is Paula

Presently I am a Masters student in French to English translation.  I am a native English speaker, residing in the UK however I previously spent ten years living in Paris.  I developed a love of the French language very quickly whilst there and continue to maintain a connection with France by translating French to English for a French humanitarian organisation and also for a French daily newspaper. A graduate in psychology and counselling/psychotherapy, my areas of interest include all to do with people, society, education and interactions. Through the combination of translation projects and my studies I am becoming increasingly aware of theories of translation and varying approaches. Translating is my passion. I am also writer for two online magazines covering the news, the arts and reviews. So please do not hesitate with your translation requirements - I will not disappoint and will always meet deadlines!
