Conforming to Clean Room and GNP standards, these doors are used to control the rooms which need to be highly sterile and hygene. The PoliPanel Sterile Room Doors can be both single panel and double panel doors, permitting little amount of air passage on the ground level, equipped with silicone seall on all three sides.
Having up to 45 mm thickness, PoliPanel® Industrial Sliding Doors” has a composite structure that contains high insulating materials (EPS, Rock Wool, etc…) . Both sides of the door wings are flat and smooth also covered with the antibacterial HPL (High Pressure Laminate) plates.
Furthermore, according to the client’s request different materials can be preferred for the surface of the door, such as Noncorrosive Aluminum or Poliester supported with Glass Wool.
Doors edge details are designed as Aluminum frame and smoothened edges don’t allow dust to pile up by the details of the rounded edges.
If required 400x700 mm sized sight glass can be embedded into “PoliPanel® Industrial Sliding Doors” . Sight glasses on each face can be produced from 3+3 mm laminated glass. Also their door surface smoothened and edges can be of R50 radius type.
X-Ray Sliding Doors
“X-Ray Doors” are designed to control the places which have a risk of radiation by the use of X-Ray and Gama ray. They also have the standard of Clean Room and GMP. These doors can be formed by lead plated siliding door panels.
Having flat and smooth faces on both faces, “PoliPanel® X-Ray Doors” are also covered with the antibacterial HPL (High Pressure Laminate) plates.
Also, depending on the demands of the customers, Aliminium and glassfibre-reinforced polyester can be preffered on the door surfaces.
“PoliPanel® X-Ray Doors” has a composite structure that contains high insulating materials (EPS, Rock Wool, etc…).
Also, uniblock and/or one-piece 2 mm. lead plates are placed into the details of panels and moldings to provide high protection against the X-Ray radiation.
“PoliPanel® X-Ray Doors” are designed in the form of single wing and aluminum frames. With the help of silicon seals which are placed to rebate profile of the three edges in the door, leakage is reduced to minimum level. These door system edges are rounded so as not to let the dust pile up.

Tek veya çift kanat olarak uygulanabilen "PoliPanel® Steril Oda Kapıları", belirli bir oranda hava geçişine müsade eden yapıda tasarlanmış, kapı altları dışında kalan diğer üç kenardaki silikon conta uygulaması ile sızdırmazlık değerleri maximum da korunmaya çalışılmıştır.Toplam 45 mm. kalınlığındaki "PoliPanel® Steril Oda Kapıları", yüksek yalıtımlı izolatörler içeren (EPS, Taş Yünü, vs..) kompozit bir yapıya sahiptir. Kapı kanatlarının her iki yüzeyi düz, pürüzsüz yapıda ve anti-bakteriyel özelliğe sahip HPL (Yüksek Basınçlı Laminant) levhalar ile kaplanmıştır.

Alüminyum çerçeveli olarak, hemyüz şekilde tasarlanmış kapıların köşe detayları ise toz birikimine izin vermeyecek şekilde yuvarlatılmıştır.
İstenildiği takdirde, "PoliPanel® Steril Oda Kapı Kanadı" içerisine 400x700 mm. ebatlarında bir gözetleme camı da monte edilebilmektedir. Her iki yüzeyi 3+3 mm. lamine camdan imal edilen gözetleme camları, kapı yüzeyi ile hemyüz olacak şekilde ve köşeleri R50 radüslü biçimde üretilmektedir.

"PoliPanel® X-Ray Kapılar"ın her iki yüzeyi düz, pürüzsüz yapıda ve anti-bakteriyel özelliğe sahip HPL (Yüksek Basınçlı Laminant) levhalar ile kaplanmıştır.Ayrıca müşteri talebine göre kapı yüzeylerinde Alüminyum veya Cam Elyaf Takviyeli Polyester gibi farklı malzemeler de tercih edilebilmektedir.
