Source text - English The Funding Case
The Peak Investment requirement for the Funding Case was based on the Development Plan that was approved by the JV Board on 17 March 2014. The Funding Case was used as the basis to structure the external debt facilities and the JV equity contributions required to complete the project. The external debt facilities were approved by the JV Board on 10 July 2014. The table below highlights the Peak Investment requirement for the Funding Case.
In addition to the Development Plan capital costs, the Funding Case included additional costs associated with acquisition, financing charges, commissioning and ramp up costs that would be required prior to reaching commercial levels of production. (This is illustrated in Appendix B, the Funding Case assumed that Las Bambas would be cash flow positive from March 2016).
The Development Plan
A key component of the Funding Case was the Development Plan, which refers to the Capital Cost to Mechanical Completion. This was estimated at USD 7,056M based on achieving Mechanical Completion by 30th October 2015. The P50 Project Budget and Project Forecast is summarised below for comparative purposes (refer to section 3 and 4 for further details).
Note, for forecast Peak Investment, only USD 7,252M of the total Project Forecast of USD 7,332 USD will require funding up until June 2016, the remaining USD 80M will be funded by cash flow generated through the ramp –up phase.
Asset Capitalisation
Upon completion of the Project, the Asset Register will be capitalised. Asset Capitalisation should not be confused with the Development Plan capital cost as this is not a ‘like for like’ comparison.

El requerimiento máximo de inversión en el caso de financiamiento fue basado en el plan de desarrollo aprobado por la Junta de Empresa Conjunta el 17 de marzo del 2014. El caso de financiamiento fue usado como base estructural para las facilidades de deuda externa y las contribuciones de capital de Empresa Conjunta necesarias para finalizar el proyecto. Las facilidades de deuda externa fueron aprobadas por la Junta de Empresa Conjunta el 10 de julio del 2014. La tabla en la parte inferior muestra el requerimiento máximo de inversión en el caso de financiamiento.
Además de los costos de capital del plan de desarrollo, el caso de financiamiento debe incluir costos adicionales asociados con la adquisición, tasas de financiamiento, puesta en marcha y aumento de los costos, que deberían ser requeridos previos a alcanzar niveles de producción comerciales. (Esto se muestra en el anexo B, en el caso de financiamiento se prevé que Las Bambas generará un flujo de fondos positivo desde marzo del 2016).
Plan de Desarrollo
Un punto clave en el plan de financiamiento fue el plan de desarrollo, el cual se refiere al costo de capital para la terminación mecánica. Source text - English A Study of Single and Multiple Doses of Oral Insulin or Placebo in Subjects With Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus
This is a four-way crossover (non-parallel) study with each subject receiving three of the four arms. The study will enroll approximately 30 adult subjects with T2DM from age 20 to 75 inclusive.
Following a 7-10 day Screening period, eligible subjects will enter a 3-day single-blind placebo run-in. On Day 4, each subject will be randomized to a treatment sequence that will include three treatment assignments for each of three treatment Periods according to the randomization scheme.
Inclusion Criteria:
• Male or female subjects, age 20 to 75 years, inclusive with type 2 diabetes mellitus.
• At Visit 2/Period 1/Day 1, subjects will have been treated for their diabetes by metformin (≥1000 mg/day; any type and regimen), metformin and a DPP-4 inhibitor ( Dipeptidyl-Peptidase)-4), metformin and an SGLT-2 (Sodium-glucose co-transporter 2) inhibitor, metformin and TZD (Thiazolidinediones), or metformin and sulfonylurea. Subjects will have been on a stable regimen of metformin (defined as the same metformin dose and type) and other treatments for at least 8 weeks prior to Visit 2/Period 1/Day 1.
• Hemoglobin A1c (HbA1c) between ≥7.5 and ≤10.5% at Screening.
Exclusion Criteria:
• Usage of anti-diabetic agents other than metformin, sulfonylurea, SGLT-2 inhibitors, TZD, or DPP-4 inhibitors within 6 weeks prior to Visit 2/Period 1/Day 1.
• Fasting serum glucose >300 mg/dL at Screening; a single repeat test is allowable.
• Laboratory abnormalities at Screening including:
1. C-peptide < 1.0 ng/mL;
2. A bnormal serum thyrotropin (TSH) levels below the lower limit of normal or >1.5X (1.5 times) the upper limit of normal.

Este es un estudio de cuatro vías (no paralelo) en el que cada paciente recibe tres de los cuatro tratamientos. El estudio reclutará aproximadamente a 30 pacientes adultos con DM2 desde los 20 hasta los 75 años.
Después de un período de selección de 7 a 10 días, los pacientes elegidos ingresarán a una sesión de placebo ciego simple de 3 días.
