Copyrights, Geschäftsgeheimnisse, technisches Know-How, Systeme, Programme, Sicherheitsarrangements, Product-Development Pläne, Strategien, Marketing-Pläne, Methoden, organisatorische Daten, Geschäftsbedingungen, Kundendaten, Personaldaten und jede weitere Art von Informationen über XXXXs Geschäfte, Vermögenswerte, Verbindlichkeiten, Profit, Preise und finanzielle Position, und alle weiteren Informationen, die der Anbieter vernünftigerweise als vertraulich ansehen muss. Zudem ist die Tatsache der Unterzeichnung dieser Vereinbarung und der zwischen den Parteien aufgenommenen Gespräche eine vertrauliche Information.
Translation - English For the purposes of this Non-Disclosure Agreement, the term “Confidential Information” encompasses, in addition to the information referred to above in the Recital, any information from or about XXXX which, in the context described in the Recital, is disclosed to the Provider, including but not limited to copyrights, trade secrets, technical know-how, systems, programs, security arrangements, product development plans, strategies, marketing plans, methods, organisational data, terms of trade, customer data, employee data, any other kind of information about the business areas, transactions, assets, liabilities, profit, pricing and financial position of XXXX, and all other information which the Provider knows, or ought reasonably to know, is confidential. The existence and signing of this Non-Disclosure Agreement and the talks and negotiations conducted between the Parties are also Confidential Information.

Bio
I have a lifelong love of the written word and first started translating back in 1995 after completing a BA
(Hons) in German and Bachelor of Laws at a New Zealand University. My studies also included a stint at a university in Germany.
My translation work is varied and stimulating, and for the most part comprises legal work, corporate communications, correspondence and marketing for German end-customers.
Translation philosophy
'Quality' is an overused and essentially meaningless term, so I
will simply say that I believe in translating the message rather than just the
words. That means understanding the client’s communication message and
expressing that in English using appropriate terminology, register and tone.
The result: clear and concise communication. The message is aided - rather than
impeded - by the words used. One by-product of this approach is that much
of my work is repeat business for long-standing clients.
In short: I am the translator for you if you care about how you
look and sound to your target audience.
