Spent more than three years with a foreign capital firm in Shanghai, where the environment had only 3 to 5 Japanese out of a total of around 300 employees of various nationalities, the official language of the firm being English. Provided offshore support to equity research analysts working in Tokyo and had more than two years of experience in translation as part of the duties.
