Bio
I'm a Russian-English translator from the UK. I have extensive experience, including over a decade working in the former USSR (Tajikistan and Russia). The documents I have translated in-house include texts on the arts, culture, history, religion and philosophy for a university-level humanities course, teaching material for a primary school mathematics course, and auditor's reports, financial statements, legal updates (customs, employment, migration, tax, etc.), contracts and market research for a professional services firm. As a freelancer, I have translated in a variety
of fields, from the board and committee meeting minutes of one of Russia's
largest coal companies to texts for major events such as the 2019 European
Games in Minsk and the 2019 WorldSkills Competition in Kazan to academic papers
on the history of medicine.
