Bio
Raised in Ontario, Canada, I grew up in two languages: French and English. Work opportunities kept French and English in my life, and other languages (Irish Gaelic, Spanish, Japanese and Breton) eventually joined them. My University of Toronto majors were linguistics and social anthropology, and I also attended two colleges of art and design where I studied metalwork and sculpture. Extensive experience working in nurseries led to my strong interest in and expertise around horticulture.

Language and linguistics, art, horticulture and ecology are my main areas of interest and expertise, and working in translation is a natural extension of my professional and personal experience.
