As blood begins to circulate, it leaves the heart from the left ventricle and goes into the aorta. The aorta is the largest artery in the body. The blood leaving the aorta is full of oxygen . This is important for the cells in the brain and the body to do their work. The oxygen rich blood travels throughout the body in its system of arteries into the smallest arterioles.
On its way back to the heart, the blood travels through a system of veins. As it reaches the lungs, the carbon dioxide (a waste product) is removed from the blood and replace with fresh oxygen that we have inhaled through the lungs .

THE LAW OF CONSTITUTIONS
A first step in understanding a constitutional view of federal taxation is to discover what a constitution is. If there are any fixed principles of federal taxation, it would be prudent for the document creating the federal government to be conducive to securing those principles. In other words, it would seem to be necessary for any constitution to itself be of a permanent nature. However, the permanence of a constitution cannot be derived merely from its own terms, but must be derived as well from the legal context within which it is framed.
A constitution provides the framework within which a nation's law is administered. Yet, the law itself is derived from the legal context which is acknowledged, not created, by the constitution's framers. The purpose of a constitution is not to specify every particular of the law, but rather to mark its great outlines and designate its important purposes, from which the particulars can be deduced.90 Thus, the U.S. Constitution cannot be divorced from the legal context within which it was framed. Only when its legal context is recognized can it be truly said, that "[t]he government of the United States has been emphatically termed a government of laws, and not of men."91 Even when a constitution is modified, it does not alter the fundamental principles of law upon which it is based, because the nature of all fundamental law is fixed: it does not change with time.92
In the United States, the legal context in which the Constitution was framed was established by the Declaration of Independence, the great charter of America. The Declaration explicitly acknowledges this legal context as being "the Laws of Nature and of Nature's God."93 It is in this context that the Declaration states, that all men . . . are endowed, by their Creator, with certain unalienable rights; that among these are life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness. That to secure these rights, governments are instituted among men, deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed."

LA LEY DE LAS CONSTITUCIONES
Un primer paso en la comprensión de un enfoque constitucional de la tributación federal es comprender qué es una constitución. De haber principios fijos en la aplicación de impuestos federales, sería prudente que el documento por el cual se crea el gobierno federal lleve a garantizar esos principios. En otras palabras, parecería necesario que todas las constituciones sean, en sí mismas, de carácter permanente. Sin embargo, la permanencia de una constitución no puede basarse sólo en sus propios términos, sino que debe resultar también del contexto legal dentro del cual se encuadra.
Una constitución proporciona el marco en el que se administra la ley de la nación y la ley misma deriva del contexto legal reconocido, pero no creado, por los que formulan la constitución. El propósito de una constitución no es de especificar cada detalle de la ley, sino más bien de marcar el perfil amplio de la misma y determinar sus objetivos importantes, de los que se pueden deducir los puntos importantes.90 Así, no puede separarse la Constitución de los Estados Unidos de Norteamérica del contexto jurídico dentro del cual fue formulada. Sólo cuando se reconoce su contexto legal, puede decirse de verdad que «el gobierno de los Estados Unidos se ha establecido firmemente como un gobierno de leyes y no de hombres»91 Aun cuando se modifica una constitución, esto no altera los principios básicos de la ley sobre la que se apoya, porque la esencia de toda ley fundamental es fija: no cambia con el tiempo.92
En los Estados Unidos, fue la Declaración de la Independencia, la gran carta fundacional del país, la que fijó el contexto jurídico dentro del que se creó la Constitución. La Declaración reconoce en forma explícita este contexto legal como «las Leyes de la Naturaleza y del Dios de la Naturaleza».93 Es en este contexto que la Declaración manifiesta «Que todos los hombres…están dotados por su Creador de ciertos derechos inalienables, entre éstos, la vida, la libertad y la búsqueda de la felicidad. Que, para garantizar estos derechos, se constituyen los gobiernos entre los hombres y basan sus justos poderes en el consentimiento de los gobernados».

Los intelectuales consultados subrayan la necesidad de contar con un instrumento de análisis capaz de cuestionar y reconstruir las estructuras del medio donde vivimos.

Por qué desde la sociología a diferencia de otras disciplinas surgen preguntas del estilo ¿para qué sirve un sociólogo? o ¿cuál es la utilidad de la propia sociología? Estos interrogantes a su vez interpelan: ¿Son estas preguntas cíclicas o evidencian un replanteo de posición de la sociología al interior de las ciencias sociales? Estas son algunas de las inquietudes que surgieron al leer ¿Para qué sirve la sociología? (dirigido por Bernard Lahire, y publicado por Siglo Veintiuno Editores), ¿Para qué sirve realmente un sociólogo? (de François Dubet, de Siglo Veintiuno Editores), y¿Qué hacen los sociólogos? (editado por Lucas Rubinich y Gastón Beltrán, en Aurelia Rivera Libros). Obviamente los autores de estos libros son de profesión sociólogos.

Estas especificaciones describen un sistema de carga de baterías de 30 amperios, de construcción totalmente modular, que controla la formación y carga de las baterías en su totalidad. Se utiliza la última tecnología de punta en todo el procedimiento para rendir capacidad, flexibilidad, eficiencia y confiabilidad de control óptimas.
Los módulos de carga están alojados en un gabinete rectificador independiente, que contiene 40 módulos enchufables de circuito único. Las salidas de carga de corriente continua de los rectificadores deben ser distribuidas a las mesas en el área de formación.
El control automático depende de una computadora primaria que funciona en conjunto con los controladores MicroMe. El sistema tiene la capacidad de iniciar todos los circuitos desde una sola computadora. El operador puede visualizar el estado del circuito por medio de un monitor en color. voltage to the contactors and fans. The power windings provide an AC voltage and current which:
Power the electronic circuitry.
Is phase rectified to provide charging current and voltage to the batteries.
4.2 Charging Module - The charging module is a plug-in module that contains one independent charging circuit that regulates and maintains battery current. Each charging circuit contains a:
Charging Board -Controls charging current.
AC Contactor -Enables the charging circuit.
DC Fuse -Protects the charging circuits from excessive circuit currents.
Power On Light - Illuminates when 115VAC is applied to charging circuit control circuitry.
Error light -Illuminates when there is a fault.
Active light - Illuminates when the circuit is active.
Two connectors -One for power voltages and one for control voltage.
Current and Voltage test points - Monitors charging current in DC millivolts and battery voltage in DC volts.
4.3 DC Chokes - DC filter chokes are mounted in the rear portion of the cabinet. Each choke is connected in series with a charging circuit output.
