Until 2008, I worked as a Translation Project Manager for 3 years. During those years I translated, reviewed, edited, tested and managed software, hardware, publications and online helps of IBM products at INDRA (the premier Information Technology company in Spain and a leading IT multinational in Europe and Latin America). Moreover, I've been working as a freelance translator for more than 8 years with agencies from all over the world specializing in the following areas: technical, IT, software localization, help and doc localization, hardware, multimedia&games, legal, travel&tourism, printing, marketing, business, financial, Forex and banking.

My average output per day is about 3000 words (translation) or 6000 words (proofreading), I'm used to handling large jobs and I have experience in working on different file formats: MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, PDF, rtf, xml, mif, html, ttx, rc, txt and so on. I'm also proficient in the usage of CAT tools such as SDL Trados Studio, SDL Passolo, Deja Vu, memoQ, Idiom, Translation Workspace, Wordfast and IBM Translation Manager.
