ÜRİNER SİSTEM SONOGRAFİK İNCELEMESİNDE:
Böbrekler normal lokalizasyonda ve şekilde izlenmektedir.
Böbrek boyutları sağda 124 x 45 mm., solda 125 x 52 mm. ölçülmüştür.
Böbreklerin parankimal ekojeniteleri ve kalınlıkları fizyolojiktir. Korteks-medütla ayrımı yapılabilmektedir.
Her iki böbrek toplayıcı sistemlerinde ektazi ve intrarenal kalkül görülmemiştir.
Bilateral sürrenal lojlarında kitle görülmemiştir.
Mesane cidarı düzgündür. Lümen eko dağılımı homojendir. Perivesikal alanlar açık görülmektedir. Terminal üreterlerde genişleme saptanmamıştır.
Prostat boyutları 41 x 30 x 27 mm ölçülmüş olup, volümü 18 ml.’dir. Prostat konturu düzgündür.
Vesiküla seminalisler normaldir.
Post-miksiyonel rezidü idrar kalmamıştır.
Batında serbest sıvı görülmemiştir.
SONUÇ:
Belirgin patolojik bulgu saptanmamıştır.

Procedure Description: Sonogram of urinary system
RESULT OF SONOGRAPHIC EXAMINATION OF URINARY SYSTEM:
Kidneys were observed to be in the normal location and of normal form.
Kidney dimensions were measured to be 124 x 45 mm. on the right and 125 x 52 mm. on the left.
The parenchymal echogenicity and thickness of the kidneys is physiological. The cortex and medulla can be differentiated.
No ectasias or intrarenal calculi were observed in the collecting systems of either kidney.
No mass was observed in the proximity of the bilateral adrenal glands.
The bladder membrane is normal. The lumen echo distribution is homogeneous. The perivesical spaces appear to be clear. No dilation was found in the terminal ureters.
The dimensions of the prostate were measured to be 41 x 30 x 27 mm and its volume is 18 ml. The shape of the prostate is normal.
The seminal vesicles are normal.
No post-mictional residual urine was found.
No free fluid was observed in the abdomen.
CONCLUSION:
No pronounced pathological symptoms were observed.
