One hour every morning in the gym and usually 30 to 40 km in the evening on my ergometer in the winter months and mountain bike in the warmer months.

I try to keep to this as I lost about 15 kg last year and want to keep going.

Exercising was never part of my normal routine but I used to swim a lot. Nowadays I do walk with my dog 30/45 minutes early morning and late afternoon. I suppose it amounts to at least 8 hours per week, but I'm not keeping track...

At least 5 hours Apr 11, 2019

I do 20 minutes of exercises in the morning, walk my dog about 45 minutes a day, and do a yoga class. I used to do more when I was younger.

Currently training for a marathon on the Great Wall of China in five weeks time))))
Having to put in lots of hours to cover the necessary mileage as speed was never one of my strengths...

Too little according to the experts, fine for me! Apr 11, 2019

I'm another couch potato.

I enjoy a walk and a breath of fresh air, but I have never experienced the joys of dopamine and whatever else exercise is supposed to be good for. No amount of practice changes that!
After quite a short time I am out of breath, and if I keep going too long it brings on a migraine attack. That said, I can walk up to 14-15 kilometres at a time on relatively flat ground, maybe half if the terrain is hilly.

I've discovered that Italy is almost all mountains… and I have to take my time if I am going to walk anywhere! We don't have anything like them in Denmark, although I find some of the local slopes a challenge - they are quite steep, though not high.

The scientific evidence on the benefits of keeping active is overwhelming.

I go inline skating for about an hour every day.
(... being careful not to roll too far so I don't end up falling off our flat earth, in case anybody here happens to subscribe to this theory.)

2 to 4 hours Apr 11, 2019

I try to do bodyweight exercises (push ups, sit ups, ...) three to four times a week (at home in my workspace) and to go running 2 to 3 times a week (with a special buggy where my son can sit).
But this routine depends on family situation an workload.

Sometimes I go Bouldering, a great sport for the whole family.

You maybe noticed that my exercise routine all revolves around children ...

The might be true, but when we pass away our coffin might be a bit smaller and our corpse leaner:)

Compensation for all the sitting Apr 11, 2019

Usually four or five yoga classes a week, rock climbing a few times a week, and plenty of walks/runs with my dog (my favorite way to take a break). It helps make up for all that sitting in front of the computer

I wish it were more! Apr 11, 2019

I try to at lease go one hour a day to the gym.

I swim twice a week, take stretching classes three times a week, and dance one hour on Saturdays. I would love to dance every day many hours a day!

I always intend to swim a bit more too, but it is still in my to do list.

1.5 hours on a treadmill running machine and 5.5 hours of sit-ups and such like plus 1 walk per week Apr 11, 2019

Sit-ups and such like basically meaning muscle exercises with no equipment.

So in a typical week, I would exercise for about 7.5 hours in total.
