We're looking for freelance translators who can work on subtitle translations. Specifically, we want to collaborate with professional linguists who have experience in the following areas.
- YouTube clips
- Entertainment shows
- K-pop and K-soap opera contents
- Lecture series
- Movies
- Documentaries
Qualifications
- Able to work on the following language pair(s)
: Korean to English
Korean to Chinese (Simplified)
Korean to Japanese
Korean to Spanish (Mexican/Latin American)
Korean to Indonesian
Korean to Thai
English to Vietnamese
English to Thai
English to Chinese (Simplified)
English to Japanese
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Able to do the fact-checking on proper nouns
- Able to work with srt files or other audio translation tools preferred
Conditions
- This is a freelance job position and there are no limits on working location.
- Each applicant will take an unpaid sample test for a short video clip (about 1 min 30 sec)
