$50 an hour is SteepAug 12, 2014

I think that $149 for 3 hours of learning is better suited as a private lesson instead of a webinar.

Pricing for Spanish-English Legal Terminology CoursesAug 12, 2014

Dear Sandro,

Thank you for your comment. The pricing for this series was set based on the fact that the opportunity to complete a legal translation sample and have it marked offline is included, as well as in-course testing. In addition, there is significant reference material included.

Sincerely,

Why do we need these courses when we have Proz/Kudos and technical dictionaries?Aug 13, 2014

Without wishing to denigrate your input, Suzanne, in what way is your course an improvement on the intelligent use of Proz/Kudos terminology searches and good legal dictionaries?

Timeframe for translation sampleAug 18, 2014

Hello, Suzanne!

I am interested in the class but will be away (on vacation!) on the date of the session. I know I can watch the video afterwards, but what is the timeframe for submitting the sample translation? Would I be able to do it a week later and still submit it for your review?

Thank you!
Matthew

William: Some Proz/Kudos terminology searches have bad and mediocre entriesAug 26, 2014

And, Proz/kudos and some good dictionaries are simply not enough, especially for translators needing to obtain further translator training in legal area.

Would it work if I cannot attend ?Oct 14, 2014

Hello Suzanne,

I am interested in buying the package for the three courses, but unfortunately I would only be able to attend to the one on October 22.
Would it make sense to still subscribe and catch-up going through the recordings of the 2 other seminars?

Thanks,

Giovanny Rivadeneira

Hello Seth,

Indeed, the session will start at 11 CDT, http://www.timeanddate.com/worldclock/converted.html?iso=20141022T16&p1=0&p2=64 You may also wish to report your time zone in the ProZ.com profile http://www.proz.com/?sp=settings_dtime&is_popup=y . This way you will see events start time in your local time. Please remember that automatic notifications sent from the GoToWebinar platform show start time in GMT/UTC only.

Hope this helps.

My bests,
Helen
