Source text - English The Contractor is referred to the locational drawings, Architects and Engineers Drawings, Setting Out Plans and Specifications which accompany the Bill of Quantities.
The Contractor is referred to Appendix B for drawings which accompany the Bill of Quantities.
The Contractor shall, when considering his rates for items of work, refer to the Architect's / Engineer's specification and provide for any costs in order to comply with same.
The Contractor should note the nature and location of the Works and include in the rates for all additional costs likely to be incurred due to access difficulties.
The Contractor, before submitting his tender, is deemed to have visited the site and ascertained the nature and extent of the demolitions, alterations and the conditions under which the work will have to be executed.
The Contractor's attention is drawn to the fact that the Survey drawings are issued for guidance purposes only and that the Contractor must visit the site to ascertain the full scope of works and the accuracy of same.

O Empreiteiro deve observar a natureza e a localização das obras e incluir nas tarifas todos os custos adicionais susceptíveis de ocorrerem devido a dificuldades de acesso.
Considera-se que o Empreiteiro, antes de submeter a sua proposta, visitou o local e constatou a natureza e extensão das demolições, alterações e as condições sob as quais a obra terá de ser executada.
Chama-se a atenção do Empreiteiro para o facto das plantas de pesquisa serem emitidas apenas como orientação e que o Empreiteiro deve visitar o local para determinar o âmbito total dos trabalhos e a precisão dos mesmos.
