fourni de nombreux arguments pour justifier le paiement de l'acompte.
Translation - English The Appellant also argues that the Arbitrators wrongly disregarded a series of arguments and evidence, relating in particular to the existence “duly alleged, with supporting evidence” of an agreement concluded with II.________ - one of the heirs of the founder of the group - for the distribution of sodium dichromate; to the fact that M.________’s counsel was in reality that of II.________ , who enjoyed duly established links with M.________; that this Monegasque company had not provided any services and had not established any contact with the Appellant and the administrator of the bankrupt company. The arbitrators also allegedly neglected the fact that it was a question of paying the amount of USD 2'000'000 in the form of deliveries of sodium dichromate, a market which did not fall within M._______ 's sphere of activity, or still the fact that the Appellant had provided many arguments to justify the advance payment.
