Bio
We are Miriam Henkes & José González; together we are Tandem Team, a freelance languages services team specialising in Spanish<>English translation and transcreation.

As a team made up of both a British and a Spanish native, we're in an excellent position to produce translations that convey the linguistic tone as well as the cultural relevance of the source document.

Some of our projects:

• 400,000 words transcreated and published of blogs/articles (news, IT, business, sport, health, entertainment etc.) for the MegaBlog project (including MegaHelp, MegaBest and MegaKing)

• Over 1.5 million words for Amdocs Limited – translating, editing and proofreading change requests and all other documentation for developing, implementing and managing software for telecom billing services, CRM, operations support systems and business support systems

• Translating, editing and proofreading websites for banks (Santander, BBVA, Bankia, Barclays, Cecabank), government agencies (AEAT, Seguridad Social) and car manufacturers (SEAT, Renault, BMW, Kia, Ford, Hyundai)

• Transcreating ads, claims and websites for brands such as Sketchers, L’Oreal, HP and Microsoft
