Run the Medical Application; follow the sequence of instructions below.
1. Install the grid if it is not already in place.
2. Position the phantom on the breast support surface in the field of view of the image receptor. One edge of the phantom must be flush with the chest wall edge of the breast support surface. When viewed from the patient’s position, i.e., facing the mammography unit, the cut-out corner of the wax insert of the phantom must be opposite to the chest wall and toward the left side of the detector, as indicated below. Select the 9 x 9 cm X-ray field size and use the light localizer to center the phantom laterally.
3. Reset the collimator to the maximum field of view.
4. Install the full-size compression paddle and apply about 5 daN of compression force to the phantom.
5. Select the following parameters: large focal spot, Rh/Rh track/filter, 29 kV, 56 mAs.
6. On the Control Console select Left breast laterality.
7. Make an exposure. Check that the collimator blades are not visible on the image. If collimator blades are visible, refer to Chapter 3 Guidance section 3-4 Appearance of Collimator Blades in Image on page 102.

It is important that the city wholeheartedly supports the event at the highest levels for it to be a success as so many different areas of the city are called on to work in cooperation with the event organisers through planning and execution phases – Fire, police, ambulance, roads, traffic, public affairs, health & safety etc.
Fencing
Two levels of fencing surrounding entire length of run route to allow no public access onto road. 1st level should be heavy interlocking barriers on road butted up to curbing – second row of fencing should be 3 to 4 feet back from edge of heavy barriers to prevent crowd access to roadway. Both layers of fencing should be interlocking. (see attached photos for example. Ie. If route is 1 mile in length, 2 miles of each type of fencing will be required). In addition, an amount of Fencing to surround any VIP areas and the |…| Paddock area (around race trucks and working area is required to ensure public access is easily controlled)
|…| Team Tent
A tent measuring at least 6 meters x 10m is required for team preparation & set up of a garage area. Inside the tent the floor needs to be covered by a thin light blue outdoor carpeting secured to a slightly raised wood or metal base surface – with gentle 10 foot wide ramping onto street surface. The tent needs to have removable sides to allow full viewing should weather permit, or have walling up in case of bad weather/closure in the evenings.
The tent should include adequate lighting inside for work to be conducted in the evening, as well as heating (weather dependant).

Важным условием для успешного проведения этапа соревнований является полная поддержка мероприятия администрацией города на самом высоком уровне, так как во время планирования и выполнения работ организаторам требуется содействие различных городских служб: пожарной службы, правоохранительных органов, скорой помощи, дорожных служб, отделения по связям с общественностью, служб безопасности и здравоохранения и других.
Ограждения
Два уровня ограждений, окружающих гоночную трассу по всей длине и ограничивающих доступ зрителей к трассе. Первый уровень состоит из массивных взаимоблокирующих барьеров, установленных впритык к бордюру. Второй ряд ограждения должен находиться на расстоянии около 1 метра от границы тяжелого барьера и препятствовать проникновению зрителей на проезжую часть. Оба ряда ограждений должны быть взаимоблокирующими (см. прилагающиеся фотографии. Например, при длине трассы в 1 километр требуется 2 километра каждого типа ограждения). Кроме этого необходимо обеспечить ограждение вокруг мест для VIP-гостей и паддока для автомобилей |…| (вокруг сопровождающих грузовых автомобилей и рабочей зоны для ограничения доступа зрителей).
Навес для команды |…|
Для подготовки команды и оборудования гаражного помещения необходим навес размером не менее 6х10 метров. Пол под навесом, поверх деревянного или металлического фундамента, следует оснастить тонким наружным ковровым покрытием голубого цвета и небольшим спуском шириной около 3 метров, выходящим на улицу. Навес должен иметь съемные боковые стены, при хорошей погоде обеспечивающий полный обзор, или стеновые конструкции на случай плохой погоды или для закрытия в конце дня. Внутри навес необходимо оборудовать осветительными приборами с мощностью, достаточной для работы в вечернее время, а также системой отопления (в зависимости от климатических условий).

Hello, everyone. My name is Sergei and in 2023 I'm celebrating 16 years of my career as a freelance translator, interpreter, editor and quality control specialist.
My native language is Russian, hence I started working in English-Russian language pair, later added English-Portuguese-Russian in various combinations and planning to add Chinese (Mandarin) to this variety in the near future.
I'm a graduate and later an assistant professor at the Linguistic Institute of Altai State Pedagogical Academy, Barnaul (Russia) where I diligently studied advanced topics in linguistics, translation and intercultural communication. Later on in my life I studied Chinese at the Jiangxi Science and Technology Normal University in Nanchang, China, and after that moved to Portugal (where I currently reside) to study Portuguese at the University of Lisbon.
In 2007, still a student at the Linguistic Institute, I started exploring the fascinating world of freelance translation, CAT tools and the vast related market, and this amazing journey took me to many long-term partnerships, as well as mountains of interesting and challenging projects in various fields, including, but not limited to Technical, Legal, Marketing, Travel/Tourism, Medical/Pharmaceutical, Literary, Art, and Audiovisual.
I'm currently working on a regular basis with such LSPs as Go Global, Toppan Digital Language, Transparent, Contentech, Eurolingo, Onesky, and Lionbridge (Apple account), but constantly looking to expand my network.
