Dynamic Brake (DB) resistor must be installed on a flat, vertical
non-flammable surface. A power resistor with a value of 30 ohms
minimum is recommended. Mount the resistor to the vertical
surface.
Line Impedance
The control requires a minimum line impedance of 3% (voltage
drop across the reactor is 3% when the control draws rated input
current). If the incoming power line has less than 3% impedance,
a line reactor can be used to provide the needed impedance in
most cases. Line reactors are optional and are available from
Baldor.

Of the base metals, lead is the most resistant to leaching because its sulphate and carbonate are "insoluble." Although galena oxidizes rather easily to sulphate, its complete oxidation is retarded by the oxidized sheath which forms when solutions attack the periphery of a grain or nodule. But ultimately galena is converted to anglesite (PbSCh) which, in turn is likely to alter into cerussite (PbCO3), a mineral that is even more stable. Despite their "insolubility," the lead minerals
are eventually leached away, and the space that they leave is partially occupied by porous and friable "limonite." Only with extreme oxidation, however, does the
removal of lead approach completion, so that, although the lead minerals may not appear at the immediate outcrop, they usually can be found at a depth of a few feet if much galena was present before oxidation. Therefore, if reasonably deep trenching fails to disclose in-creasing amounts of lead minerals or of the "limonite"
products resulting from them, one may conclude that the primary ore was not rich in lead. Although the commonest lead minerals of the oxidized zone are cerussite and anglesite, some of the rarer ones, especially pyromorphite, vanadinite, and wulfenite, are more conspicuous when present.

The working principle of the hydraulic system is as following:
The main motor drives axial piston pumps that is dextrorotation. (All electro-magnetic valves are idling at this moment.) The oil flowing into valve table, magnet-valve and return to fuel cell through suction line at the same time.
1. the ram standstill
All electro-magnetic valves are idling at this moment. , The lower cavity oil of oil-cylinder (16) is enclosed by valve (13) so that the ram can stop at any position. The oil return to fuel cell.
2. The ram downward
The ram is downward rapidly when the electro-magnet YV1(5), YV4(l0) are working. The speed is controlled by valve (8). The lower cavity
oil of oil-cylinder (16) is flowing into fuel cell through valve (13), (9),
(8), (12), (7). The upper cavity oil of the hydraulic cylinder is filled by fuel
cell and valve (17).
The YV1, YV3. YV4 YV5 is working while the ram touched speed point meanwhile, the valve (17) is closed. The ram is entering into working speed state. The time of working stroke is depends on the position of safety switch and the pot of time relay. The valve 7„ 8 adjusting downward speed of
the ram.
The YV5 should be reset when the ram returning. Then (5) YV1, (9)
YV2, (12) YV3 are working following. The ram is returning. The speed is constant.
The high-pressure overflow valve (4) ensures the rated pressure of hydraulic system. The pressure can be readout from pressure gauge (6). The max working pressure is 26Mpa and exceeded it is dangerous and banned.
The allowance pressure can be obtained with remote pressure regulating valve (18). The returning pressure also can be adjusted by overflow valve (15) within 8Mpa.

1. Vástago fijo

2. Vástago en recorrido
El vástago baja rápidamente cuando las electroválvulas YV1 (5) y YV4 (10) están en funcionamiento. La velocidad la controla la válvula (8). El aceite de la cavidad inferior fluye dentro de la célula de combustible a través de las válvulas (13), (9), (8), (12) y (7). La cavidad superior se llena con el aceite que proviene de la célula y la válvula (17).
Las válvulas YV1, YV3, YV4 e YV5 están activas hasta que el vástago llega al punto de contacto, mientras que la válvula (17) está cerrada. El cilindro pasa al estado de velocidad de trabajo. El tiempo del recorrido de trabajo depende de la posición de la parada de emergencia y del potenciómetro del relé temporizado. Las válvulas 7 y 8 ajustan la velocidad de bajada del vástago
La válvula YV5 debe reiniciarse cuando el vástago regresa. Después, se activan YV1, YV2 e YV3, el vástago regresa y la velocidad de vuelve constante.
La válvula de control de flujo de alta presión asegura la presión correcta del sistema hidráulico. La presión es legible desde el manómetro (6). La presión de trabajo máxima es de 26MPa y exceder esta cantidad es peligroso y está prohibido. La presión permitida de obtiene gracias a la válvula remota de regulación de presión (18). También se puede controlar con la válvula de control de flujo dentro de los 8MPa.
