Study Description
Brief Summary: This study is designed to evaluate caregiver preference for Exelon® patch (target patch size 10 cm²) treatment in patients with Alzheimer’s disease (MMSE 10-26) who were under cholinesterase inhibitor treatment and experienced adverse event/s in a community setting.

선정 기준:
NINCDS-ADRDA 및 DSM-IV 기준에 따라 알츠하이머성 치매가 의심되는 경우.
MMSE 점수가 10점을 초과하거나 26점 미만인 경우.
콜린에스테라아제 억제제 치료 및 이상반응을 경험한 대상자.
연구 전반에 걸쳐 지역사회 일원과 함께 거주하거나, 홀로 거주하는 경우 보호 책임자와 매일 접촉하거나, 주 보호자가 대상자의 치료와 상태를 감독할 책임에 대해 동의할 의사가 있는 경우.
제외 기준:
타 임상시험에 참여 중이거나 최근 4주 이내 임상시험약물을 투여한 경우.
현재 활성형 피부 장애를 진단받아 피부 부착 불가 및 정확한 평가를 저해할 수 있거나 패취로 인한 잠재적 피부 문제가 예상되는 경우.
패취의 성분을 포함하는 국소 약물에 대해 알러지 반응 병력이 있는 경우.
중대하거나 불안정한 신체 병증의 징후가 있는 경우, 예를 들어 급성 및 중대한 천식의 증상, 중대하거나 불안정한 심혈관 장애 등.
서맥 증상을 가진 대상자(분당 심박동 50회 이하) 혹은 동기능 부전 혹은 전도 결함(동방 차단, 2도 방실 차단).
체중이 40kg 이하인 대상자.
