Source text - English Beneficiary List: Monitoring Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
The Beneficiary List will generate quarterly figures for KPI_21/22/23/24.
Project managers will generate the initial beneficiary list at the start of the project. The UK Head Office will ensure that the structure of the list automatically generates these KPI figures.
Beneficiary List: Monitoring Project Activities/Outputs
Project managers to decide which Activities/Outputs to track using the Beneficiary List. Best to focus on the relevant ‘Outcome’ and ‘Output’ level indicators in the logframe of each project. The ‘Output’ and ‘Outcome’ level tracking is managed at Country Level. Project Managers will collate and share:
(a) VTE membership lists (annually)
(b) Activity lists relating to Output/Outcome level indicators (six monthly)
The overall project Beneficiary List is managed in UK Head Office. The integration of (a) VTE membership lists, and (b) Activity participation lists, will be done at UK Head Office.
Management of beneficiary ‘doubles’ will done at Country Level. This can be done in two stages:
(a) Before sharing VTE/Activity lists with UK Head Office, and
(b) After VTE/Activity lists have been integrated into the project Beneficiary list

Les chefs de projet doivent décider des activités / produits à suivre en utilisant la liste des bénéficiaires. La liste générale des bénéficiaires du projet est gérée au siège basé au Royaume-Uni. L’intégration (a) des listes des membres VTE et (b) des listes de participation aux activités se fera au siège basé au Royaume-Uni.
La gestion des « doubles » bénéficiaires sera effectuée au niveau national. Cette gestion se fera en deux étapes :
(a) Avant de partager les listes des VTE / activités avec le siège basé au Royaume-Uni et
(b) Après l’intégration des listes des VTE / activités dans la liste des bénéficiaires du projet
