Source text - Turkish We can assemble the measurement methods of magnetocaloric effect in two main groups. First, the magnetocaloric effect can be measured using direct methods [43]. Secondly, it can be calculated using indirect methods like using magnetization or heat capacity measurements [18,19,43]. Whether direct or indirect methods are used, measurements or calculations are a function of the temperature and magnetic field. In comparison, both techniques have the advantages and disadvantages of each other.
Direct measurement methods only give adiabatic heat change (ΔTad). Temperature values are found without any processing of data, and the magnetocaloric effect is easily obtained by taking the difference between the two temperature values. However, direct measurement usually has time delays, and it is difficult to measure it for small changes in temperature. In a direct measurement, massive experimental mistakes are unavoidable if the measuring devices are not calibrated well or the material is not properly isolated.
Indirect MCE measurements allow the calculation of both ΔTad(T)ΔH and ΔSM(T) ΔH using experimental heat capacity data or will enable the calculation of ΔSM(T)ΔH alone using experimental magnetization measurements. Indirect measurement gives practical results in any temperature range. However, experimental data must be processed to calculate MCE.

English to Turkish: Sustainable cultural and natural heritage oriented spatial strategic planning process in a development and governance model proposal: Example of Core Cappadocia Site General field: Social Sciences Detailed field: Tourism & Travel

Cities, which are all of the natural and socio-cultural values that determine their identity, are considered as living organisms. The transfer of the original identities of the cities to the future is possible with the efforts of local, regional and national actors. Similarly, the preservation and transferal of historical cities, which are the world heritage sites, to future generations, is associated with the sustainability of cultural and natural values. In 1985, the Cappadocia site, which was included in the United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (UNESCO) World Heritage List, has been hosting the tangible and intangible cultural heritage treasure with unique examples for centuries in Turkey. Also, policies for the conservation of intangible assets in this site seem to be insufficient. In this study, planning was carried out for the settlements in the Core Cappadocia Site on the borders of Nevşehir province within the context of varying themes. The study aims to establish an individual, social and institutional sustainability associations network focused on integrated cultural and natural heritage. For this purpose, fundamental problems and potentials of the Core Cappadocia Site, which underlies the plannings, have been detected. Fieldwork was carried out for the solution of the problems. Observational and survey methods were implemented in the fieldwork, and secondary data on the subject were collected from the relevant institutions. Using the implemented methods and obtained data, “Spiral Sensitivity Model” was proposed. With this model, it is aimed to establish an individual, social and institutional sustainability associations network in the field of integrated cultural heritage management.

Kimliklerini belirleyen doğal ve sosyo-kültürel değerlerle bir bütün olan kentler, yaşayan bir organizma olarak kabul edilmektedir. Kentlerin özgün kimliklerinin geleceğe taşınması, yerel, bölgesel ve ulusal tüm aktörlerin birlikte ortaya koyacağı çalışmalar ile mümkün olabilmektedir. Benzer şekilde dünya miras alanı olan tarihi kentlerin korunarak yaşatılması ve gelecek nesillere aktarılması da kültürel ve doğal değerlerin sürdürülebilirliği ile ilişkili olmaktadır. 1985 yılında United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (UNESCO) Dünya Miras Listesi’ne dahil edilen Kapadokya Bölgesi, eşsiz örneklere sahip somut ve somut olmayan kültürel miras hazinesine Türkiye’de asırlardır ev sahipliği yapmakta ve bu bölgede özellikle somut olmayan değerlerin korunmasına yönelik politikaların yetersiz kaldığı görülmektedir. Bu çalışmada, Nevşehir İli sınırlarındaki Core Kapadokya Bölgesi’nde yer alan yerleşimler için farklı temalar kapsamında planlama çalışmaları yapılmıştır. Bu amaca yönelik olarak planlama çalışmalarına altlık oluşturan Core Kapadokya Bölgesi’nin temel sorunları ve potansiyelleri tespit edilmiştir. Sorunların çözümüne yönelik olarak saha çalışması yapılmıştır. Saha çalışmasında gözlem ve anket yöntemleri uygulanmış, ayrıca ilgili kurumlardan konuya ilişkin ikincil veriler de toplanmıştır. Uygulanan yöntemler ve elde edilen verilerden yararlanılarak “Duyarlılık Sarmalı Modeli” önerilmiştir. Bu model ile bütünleşik kültürel miras odaklı alan yönetiminde bireysel, toplumsal ve kurumsal bir sürdürülebilir ilişkiler ağı oluşturulması hedeflenmektedir.

Signature file detection is the most classic form of malware detection. Using this method, antivirus software scan files for traces of malicious code, called digital signatures. This scanning behavior is why many people refer to antivirus software as virus scanners. A digital signature is a unique pattern that allows security tools to recognize malware. Imagine it as the equivalent of a fingerprint a burglar would leave. Only in this case, it is a digital fingerprint left by malware in its attempt to cause damage to you or your devices. These digital signatures are stored in a database containing hundreds of millions of malware samples. Whenever a new malware threat is uncovered by a cybersecurity company, it is added to the database. This method of malware detection is reliable, fast, easy to operate, and scalable. However, it is not perfect. As it relies on cybersecurity companies to first recognize new threats and then updating the malware samples in the database, this method is useless against brand new malware. It is always one step behind new attacks. Therefore, cybersecurity companies have developed a second form of file detection.
Heuristic File Detection:
Heuristic file detection is the evolution of signature-based detection. It allows antivirus tools to identify malware that have not been seen before and have not been added to any database. It does this by looking for behavioral patterns that are typical of malware, rather than at malware signatures. Once a file is flagged as having suspicious behavior, there are two ways the antivirus software would move forward with its analysis:
File Emulation: Also known under the term “sandbox testing”. In this method, the antivirus software will allow the malware to operate in a safe environment called the sandbox. This is often a virtual machine where the malware can cause no harm, and the antivirus can analyze it in more detail. In the sandbox, the potentially dangerous file is analyzed for common malicious patterns. These include rapid replication attempts, file overwrites, or any attempt to hide certain files. If any of these patterns are detected, the antivirus software takes further action to eliminate the threat.
Genetic Signature Detection: New malware are often a slightly adjusted form of existing malware. This allows the creator to reuse its malware without triggering signature-based detection. In genetic signature detection, however, antivirus software compares the source code of potentially dangerous files with the source code of known malware. If there is a significant overlap between the two, the antivirus software takes further action to eliminate the threat.
User-Focused Protection Features:
Next to the two methods described above, there is a third way in which antivirus programs protect users from malware. Rather than a specific method, it is a collection of features designed to protect users from downloading malware or visiting dangerous websites. If you think about it, this is the natural evolution of the cybersecurity industry. As both malware and anti-malware become increasingly sophisticated, cybercriminals look for other weak links in the chain. And often this weak link is us, the users.
The tools to protect users are varied. But some of the most common include:
Web advisors that flag suspicious or dangerous websites before you visit them.
Wi-Fi security advisors that recommend you avoid specific Wi-Fi networks or use a VPN when connecting to them. Password managers that help you create and store unique and highly secure passwords. Hardened browsers that open encrypted web browsers when you attempt to access online banking or payment tools.

Spinal cerrahinin revizyonu anatomik plan ve perinöral skar dokusunun gelişiminden dolayı primer cerrahiye göre daha zordur. İlk dönemlerde revizyon cerrahisinin klinik sonuçları daha kötü olarak değerlendirildi [3,19]. Daha sonra komşu segment hastalığı ve foraminal stenoz gibi sonucu etkileyen durumlar ayırt edildiğinde primer cerrahi ile benzer sonuçların olduğu ortaya çıktı [3,4,9,20]. Başka bir çalışma revizyon cerrahisi geçiren 27 hasta ile primer cerrahi geçiren 30 hastanın klinik sonuçları arasında belirgin bir fark olmadığını gösterdi [21]. Bizim çalışmamızda komşu segment disk dejenerasyonu, spinal deformite, spondilolistezis ve multi segment spinal kanal stenozu gibi ek patolojili hastalar çalışma dışında bırakıldığında primer cerrahi ile revizyon cerrahisi arasında belirgin bir farklılık olmadığı görüldü.
RLDH cerrahisi için en uygun cerrahi yöntem tartışmalıdır. Sadece diskektomi etkili cerrahi yöntem olarak tanıtılırken [3,9,20,21] bazı cerrahlar beraberinde füzyonunda eklenmesi tarafındadır [10,22]. Füzyon dejeneratif disk mesafesinde mekanik stresi azaltarak etkilenmiş disk mesafesinde yeni bir diskin ortaya çıkmasını engelmektedir [23,24]. Ayrıca daha iyi klinik sonuçlar ortaya konmuştur [3,25]. Dinamik stabilizasyon bazı çalışmalarda visual analog pain scale (VAS) ve Oswestry Disability Index (ODI) skoru bakımından fark bulunamazken [26] bazı çalışmalarda dinamik stabilizasyonun ODI skoru açısından daha iyi sonuçlar ortaya koyduğunu göstermektedir [26-29]. Bizim çalışmamızda cerrahi prosedür 3 gruba ayrılmıştır. 3 grup arasında yapılan karşılaştırmada DSTFO ve DDS gruplarının OD grubuna göre postoperatif JOA skoru ve iyileşme oranı açısından daha iyi sonuçlar gösterdi. Fakat bu farklılıklar istatiksel olarak önemli bulunmadı. Bununla beraber postoperatif bel ağrısı belirgin şekilde sadece diskektomi yapılan grupta daha fazlaydı.
Genel olarak revizyon cerrahisinde nöral elementler, disk fragmanı ve çevre yumuşak doku arasında yapışıklık oluşur. Bu yapılar arasından bir cerrahi plan oluşturmak zor ve komplikasyon açısından riskli olabilir. Revizyon cerrahisinde dural yırtılma insidansı %20 olarak [3,30], düşük ayak insidansı %2,9 olarak raporlandı [31]. Bizim çalışmamızda OD grubunda 3, DSTFO ve DDS grubunda 1’ er vakada dural yaralanma gelişti.

Revision of spinal surgery is more difficult than primary surgery due to the development of an anatomic plan and perineural scar tissue. In the first period, the clinical results of revision surgery were considered worse [3,19]. Later, when the cases affecting the outcome such as adjacent segment disease and foraminal stenosis were distinguished, similar results with primary surgery were found [3,4,9,20]. Another study showed that there was no significant difference between 27 patients undergoing revision surgery and 30 patients undergoing primary surgery [21]. In our study, there was no significant difference between primary surgery and revision surgery when additional pathological patients such as adjacent segment disc degeneration, spinal deformity, spondylolisthesis, and multi-segment spinal canal stenosis were excluded from the study.
The most appropriate surgical method for RLHD surgery is controversial. Only the discectomy is introduced as an effective surgical method [3,9,20,21] while some surgeons are accompanying the addition of fusion [10,22]. Fusion reduces mechanical stress within the degenerative disc distance and prevents the emergence of a new disc within the affected disc distance [23,24]. Also, better clinical results have been revealed [3,25]. In some studies, Visual Analog Pain Scale (VAS) and Oswestry Disability Index (ODI) scores were not significantly different [26] but some studies show that dynamic stabilization showed better results regarding ODI scores [26-29]. In our study, surgical procedures were divided into three groups. In the comparison between three groups, DSTFO and DDS groups showed better outcomes regarding postoperative JOA score and recovery rate compared to the OD group. However, these differences were not found statistically significant. However, postoperative back pain was significantly more severe in the group with the only discectomy.
In general, in revision surgery, neural elements, disc fragmentation and adhesion between the environment soft tissue occur. It can be challenging to create a surgical plan between these structures, and it can be risky regarding complication. In revision surgery, the incidence rate of dural tearing was reported as 20% [3,30], and the incidence rate of drop foot was reported as 2.9% [31]. In our study, three dural injuries developed in the OD group. In DSTFO and DDS groups, dural injuries have occurred in one case.
Many studies indicate that fusion surgery reduces recurrence [24,32]. In our study recurrence was observed in one case from the group OD, while the DSTFO and DDS groups did not develop recurrence. Source text - Turkish 20. yüzyılda diyot ve transistor gibi temel elektronik devre elemanlarının bulunması ile teknoloji hızlı bir şekilde ilerlemiştir. Günümüzde kullanmış olduğumuz cep telefonları, bilgisayarlar ve birçok elektronik cihazlarda bu devre elemanları bolca kullanılmaktadır. Yarı iletken teknolojisine dayanan bu devre elemanları, teknolojinin ilerlemesi ile çok küçük boyutta bütünleşmiş diye tabir ettiğimiz yapı içerisine milyonlarcasını yerleştirilebilmektedir.
Dielektrik malzemeler günümüz teknolojisinde bütünleşmiş devre teknolojisinde önemli bir yere sahiptir. Metal-oksit-yarıiletken diyotlar, güneş hücreleri, sensörler, hafıza bellekleri, işlemciler ve alan etkili transistorlar gibi yapılarda kullanılmaktadır. SiO2 bu teknolojilerde en çok kullanılan dielektrik malzemelerden bir tanesi olmuştur. Özellikle yüksek optiksel geçirgenliğe, yüksek dielektrik katsayısına ve düşük iletkenliğe sahip olması ile bilinir. Amorf yapısı ile bilinen SiO2’nin dielektrik sabiti 3,9 ve bant aralığı 8,9-9,0 eV mertebesindedir.
Bütünleşmiş devre teknolojisinde çokça kullanılan SiO2’in yerine daha yüksek dielektrik kat sayısına sahip malzemelerin kullanılması gündemdedir. 22 gibi yüksek dielektrik kat sayısına sahip HfO2, SiO2’e alternatif dielektrik bir malzemedir. HfO2 hazırlanma şartlarına bağlı olarak mono klinik, tetragonal ve kübik kristal yapıda olabilmektedir. HfO2 ince filmini çeşitli büyütme yöntemleri ile elde edilebilir. Bunlar: atomik tabaka biriktirme yöntemi, kimyasal buhar depolama, fiziksel buhar depolama, darbeli lazer depolama, radyo frekans saçtırma ve plazma oksidasyon yöntemleridir. Bu yöntemlerle elde edilen ince filmler kaliteli olmasına rağmen ekonomik değildir. Sol-jel ve kimyasal banyo depolama yöntemlerinde kullanılan düzenekler daha ekonomiktir. Ayrıca bu yöntemlerle de elde edilen ince filmlerin yapısal, optiksel ve elektriksel özelliklerinin kontrolü kolay olduğu için daha nitelikli filmler elde edilebilir.
Bu çalışmada cam alt tabakalara sol-jel daldırma yöntemi ile HfO2 ince filmlerin kaplanması; elde edilen bu ince filmlerin yapısal, yüzeysel ve optiksel özelliklerinin incelenmesi amaçlanmıştır. Yapısal özellikler X-ışını kırınımı deseni (XRD), yüzeysel özellikleri taramalı elektron mikroskobu (SEM) ile ve optiksel özellikleri ise UV-VIS spektrum ölçümlerinden yararlanılmıştır. Daha sonra aynı yapıya %1, %5 ve %10 gümüş katkılama ile katkılı HfO2 ince filmler elde edilmiş, bu yapıların da yapısal, yüzeysel ve optiksel özellikleri incelenmiştir. Elde edilen sonuçlar karşılaştırılmış ve literatürdeki çalışmalar da dikkate alınarak yorumlanmıştır.
İnce film HfO2 kaplanacak 1 mm×26 mm×76 mm ebatlı mikroskop camların temizliği için 18 MΩ’lük dirence sahip deiyonize su ihtiva eden ultrasonik banyoya 1 saat bırakılmıştır. Yine aynı camlar bir saat ultrasonik banyo içerisinde asetona bırakılmıştır. Son olarak tabaka yüzeyindeki birikintileri yok etmek için camlar 200 C’deki tüp fırın içerisine 10 dakika bırakılmıştır.
Bu çalışmada katkısız HfO2 ve % 1, % 5, % 10 Ag katkılı HfO2 olmak üzere 4 farklı çözelti hazırlanmıştır. Çözeltiler sırasıyla:
Katkısız HfO2 Çözeltisi: Bir behere 0,3230 g hafniyum klorür bırakıldı. Daha sonra 50 ml etanol behere konarak 2 saat manyetik karıştırıcı ile karıştırıldı. Son olarak aynı çözeltiye 10 ml deiyonize su ilave edilerek çözelti 3 saat manyetik karıştırıcı ile karıştırılmıştır.
%1 Ag Katkılı HfO2 Çözeltisi: Bir behere 0,3230 g hafniyum klorür ve 0,0016987 g gümüş nitrat bırakıldı. Daha sonra 50 ml etanol behere konarak 2 saat manyetik karıştırıcı ile karıştırıldı. Son olarak aynı çözeltiye 10 mL deiyonize su ilave edilerek çözelti 3 saat manyetik karıştırıcı ile karıştırılmıştır.
Temizlenmiş al tabaka cam yüzeyler Holmarck HQ-TH-O1 sol-jel daldırma kaplama cihazı ile 15 kez çözelti içerisine daldırılmıştır. Her bir daldırmadan sonra camlar 500 °C de 10’ar dakika tüp fırın içerisinde tavlamaya bırakılmıştır. Kaplanan filmler son olarak 1 saat 500 °C de tüp fırın içerisinde tavlamaya bırakılmıştır.
Cam alt tabaka yüzeylere kaplanmış ince filmlerin X-ışını kırınım desenleri (XRD) Rigaku RadB ile CuK1 radyasyonu kullanılarak 2 aralığında gerçekleştirilmiştir. Yine bu filmlerin optiksel ölçümleri oda sıcaklığında Shimadzu UV-3600 UV-VIS-NIR spektrofotometre cihazından yararlanılmıştır.
Kaplanmış olan HfO2 ince film yüzeylerinin kalınlıkları Avantes AvaSpec-ULS2048 ince film kalınlık ölçüm sistemiyle gerçekleştirilmiştir.
Translation - English In the twentieth century, technology has progressed rapidly with the presence of essential electronic circuit elements such as diodes and transistors. Mobile phones, computers, and many electronic devices that we have used today are used in these electronic components. These circuit elements based on semiconductor technology can be placed in the structure that we call as integrated into a minimal size with the advancement of technology.
Dielectric materials have an essential place in integrated technology in today's technology. Metal-oxide-semiconductor diodes are used in structures such as solar cells, sensors, memory memories, processors and field effect transistors. SiO2 is one of the most widely used dielectric materials in these technologies. It is mainly known for its high optical permeability, high dielectric coefficient, and low conductivity. The dielectric constant of SiO2 with its amorphous structure is 3,9, and the band spacing is 8,9-9,0 eV.
The use of materials with a higher number of dielectric layers is on the agenda instead of SiO2, which is widely used in integrated circuit technology. HfO2, which has a high dielectric layer number 22, is an alternative to SiO2. HfO2 may be monoclinic, tetragonal and cubic crystal depending on the conditions of preparation. Various magnification methods can obtain the HfO2 thin film. These are the atomic layer deposition method, chemical vapor storage, physical vapor storage, pulsed laser storage, radio frequency sputtering, and plasma oxidation methods. Although thin films obtained by these methods are of good quality, they are not economical. The devices used in the sol-gel method and the chemical bath storage method are more economical than thin films. Moreover, it is easy to control the structural, optical and electrical properties of the thin films obtained by these methods.
In this study, a coating of HfO2 thin films with sol-gel dipping method on glass substrates; The structural, superficial and optical properties of these thin films were investigated. Structural properties X-ray diffraction pattern (XRD), superficial properties of the scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and optical properties of the UV-VIS spectrum measurements were used. Then, the same structure with 1%, 5% and 10% silver doped HfO2 thin films were obtained. Structural, superficial and optical properties of these structures were also investigated. The results were compared and interpreted considering the studies in the literature.
Thin film HfO2 to be coated 1 mm × 26 mm × 76 mm size microscope for the cleaning of the glass 18-degree resistance deionized water containing ultrasonic bath for 1 hour was left. The same glass was left in acetone in the ultrasonic bath for 1 hour. Finally, the glasses were left in the tube oven at 200 ° C for 10 minutes to remove deposits on the layer surface.
In this study, 4 different solutions were prepared: pure HfO2 and 1%, 5%, 10% Ag-doped HfO2. Solutions respectively:
Unadulterated HfO2 Solution: 0.332 grams of hafnium chloride was left in a beaker. Then, 50 mL ethanol was added to the beaker and stirred for 2 hours with a magnetic stirrer. Finally, 10 mL of deionized water was added to the same solution, and the solution was stirred for 3 hours with the magnetic stirrer.
1% Ag Doped HfO2 Solution: 0.33230 grams of hafnium chloride and 0.0016987 grams of silver nitrate were dropped into a beaker. Then, 50 mL ethanol was added to the beaker and stirred for 2 hours with a magnetic stirrer. Finally, 10 mL of deionized water was added to the same solution, and the solution was stirred for 3 hours with the magnetic stirrer.
The cleaned al-layer glass surfaces were immersed 15 times in solution with Holmarc HO-TH-O1 sol-gel immersion coating device. After each immersion, the glasses were allowed to anneal in a tube oven at 500 ° C for 10 minutes. The coated films were finally allowed to anneal in a tube oven at 500 ° C for 1 hour.
X-ray diffraction patterns (XRD) of thin films coated on glass substrate surfaces were carried out in the 2θ range using Rigaku RadB and CuKα1 radiation. The optical measurements of these films were also made using Shimadzu UV-3600 UV-VIS-NIR spectrophotometer at room temperature.
The thickness of the coated HfO2 thin film surfaces was measured with Avantes AvaSpec-ULS2048 thin film thickness measurement system.

Bu düzen içerisinde yaşadığımız dönem dijital çağ olarak isimlendirilmektedir ve kullanılan teknolojiler sayesinde üretimden tüketime, sektörlerden meslek gruplarına yayılan ekonomik etkilerinin yanında kişisel beceri ve ilişkileri farklılaştıran sosyal etkileri de bulunmaktadır. Dijital çağda günlük hayatın bir parçası olarak görülen teknolojik araçlar işlemleri “online” hale getirmekte, iletişimi hızlandırarak sınırları ortadan kaldırmaktadır. Günlük hayatın bir parçası haline gelen online işlemler, bireysel alışkanlıkları ve satın alma davranışlarını etkilemektedir. Bu etkileşimin sonuçlarından biri de müşterilerin online alışveriş ortamıyla tanışmasıdır. Satın alma, üretim, dağıtım ve ödeme şekillerinde bir takım yenilikleri de beraberinde getiren online alışveriş, ulaşılabilirlik, çeşitlilik, karşılaştırma imkanlarını müşterilere sunarken; bir takım riskleri de beraberinde getirmektedir. 1. Online Alışverişte Algılanan Riskler
İnternet tabanlı ticaretin son yıllardaki inanılmaz yükselişi ve gelecekte de bu yükselişi devam ettireceği beklentisi, online pazarda yer alan müşterileri odak noktası haline getirmiştir. Müşterilere online alışveriş imkânı sunmak, sadakati sürekli kılabilmek ve buna bağlı olarak da satışları artırabilmek için farklı sektörlerde yer alan farklı ölçeklerdeki firmalar, web siteleri kurmaktadırlar. Web siteleri gelişen teknolojiler aracılığıyla karar vermeyi ve satın almayı kolaylaştırmak adına sadece ürün sunumu yapan değil, müşterilerin verilerini izleyen ve saklayan kişisel bir yapıya dönüşmüşlerdir. Bütün bu dönüşümün temelini, online alışverişin bilinmezliklerine rağmen müşterilerin satın almaya teşvik edilmesi oluşturmaktadır. Ancak bu alışveriş ortamında müşterinin algıladığı bir takım belirsizlikler, satın alma sürecini aksatıp engelleyebilmektedir.
Müşterinin satın alma sürecinde aldığı satın alma kararının, kendisini hedeflediği sonuca ulaştıracağı konusunda yaşadığı belirsizlik, risk olarak ifade edilmektedir. Risk algısı kavramı, pazarlama literatürüne, müşteri davranışlarını risk teorisi kapsamında değerlendiren Bauer’in (1960) çalışmalarıyla girmiştir. Bauer (1960), çalışmasında bir müşterinin satın alma eyleminin sonucunun her zaman net bir şekilde tahmin edilemeyeceğini ve bazen istenmeyen durumlara sebep olabilecek nesnel ve öznel riskler içerdiğini savunmakta ve öznel (algılanan) riske odaklanmaktadır. Bauer’e göre müşteriler, sadece karar verme öncesi süreçte değil aynı zamanda karar verme sonrası süreçte de risk algılayabilmektedir.
Müşterinin bir satın alma sürecinde algıladığı risk, satın alma davranışını etkilemesi açısından önemlidir. Bu noktada önemli olan bir diğer konu ise algılanan riskin niteliği ve miktarıdır. Cox ve Rich (1964) çalışmalarında 1960’lı yıllarda en kolay ve en uygun alışveriş şekli olarak kabul edilen telefonla alışveriş şeklini ele almışlardır. Çalışmanın bulguları, müşteri tarafından algılanan riskin niteliği ve derecesinin, algılanan riskle ilgilenme şeklinin, telefonla satın alma kararının önemli belirleyicileri olduğunu göstermektedir. Katılımcıların büyük çoğunluğu istediklerini alamayacaklarından endişe duydukları için telefonla satın alma yapmadıklarını ifade etmişlerdir. Bu noktada müşterinin algıladığı riskin büyüklüğünün, telefonla eşya satın alma konusunda güçlü bir caydırıcı olduğu düşünülmektedir. Müşterinin alışveriş yapmadan önce planladığı satın almanın onu satın alma hedeflerine ulaştıracağından her zaman emin olamaması, risk unsurunu da beraberinde getirmektedir.
Cox (1967) yaptığı çalışmada, algılanan riskin varlığının anlaşılmasının gerekliliği üzerinde durmuştur. Cox, müşterilerin yüz yüze kaldıkları durumun riskli olduğunu ifade etmede yetersiz veya isteksiz olabildiklerini ancak satın alma amaçları için bu riski bir şekilde algılayıp riski üstlendiklerini belirtmektedir. Satın alma davranışının sonucunda olası kaybın büyüklüğü ve bireyin sonucun olumsuz olacağına ilişkin hissinin kesinliği, algılanan risk derecesini belirlemektedir. Bu iki faktörlü risk yapısı, kaybın büyüklüğünü ve zararın gerçekleşme kesinliğini azaltan eylemlerle katlanılabilir bir seviyeye indirilebilmektedir.
Literatürde algılanan riskin belirli türleri veya bileşenleri üzerine odaklanmış çalışmalar bulunmaktadır. Jacoby ve Kaplan (1972), on iki farklı ürünle ilgili olarak risk bileşenlerinin temel yapısını ele almışlar ve finansal, performans, fiziksel, psikolojik ve sosyal olarak sıralanan beş tür risk belirlemişlerdir. Bu çalışmadan iki yıl sonra farklı denekler kullanarak elde edilen sonuçları çapraz doğrulamışlardır (Kaplan et al. 1974).
Brown ve Gentry (1975) yaptıkları çalışma ile müşterilerin yeni bir araba alım durumunda karşılaştıkları risk miktarını ve bu riski azaltmak için kullandıkları farklı türdeki stratejileri araştırmışlardır. Bulgular, müşterilerin yeni bir araba satın alma ile ilişkilendirilebilecek ekonomik, psikolojik veya sosyal kaynaklı riskleri algıladıklarını ve riski azaltmaya yönelik farklı stratejileri kullandıklarını göstermektedir.
Brooker (1984), çalışmasında Jacoby ve Kaplan tarafından tanımlanan beş risk bileşenine bir ilave bileşen olarak zaman kaybı riskini dahil etmiştir. Garner (1986), satın alınan hizmet için algılanan altı risk türünü tanımlamıştır.

Başka bir deyişle, müşterinin online alışverişlerde risk algısı, alternatif alışveriş yöntemlerine kıyasla daha yüksek olmakta; alışveriş davranışı üzerinde olumsuz etki yapmaktadır (Harrison and Walker 2002; Kim et al. 2005).
Online alışverişlerde geleneksel algılanan risk türlerine, kaynak riski, mahremiyet riski ve satış sonrası risk türleri eklenmiştir. Müşterilerin satın alma süreçlerinin her aşamasında algılanan risk önemli bir rol oynarken; karşılaşılan durumlara bağlı olarak risklerin önemi değişmektedir.
Translation - English ABSTRACT
The new world order is a system that requires the production of more information, the rapid sharing of the generated information, and the constant exchange of the knowledge. The era we live in this order is called the digital age, and because of the technologies used, it has economic effects that spread from production to consumption, from sectors to occupational groups. In addition, there are social effects that differ from personal skills and relationships. Technological instruments, which are perceived as a component of everyday life in the digital age, make transactions “online” and accelerate communication and eliminate boundaries. Online transactions, which become part of daily life, affect individual habits and purchasing behavior. One of the consequences of this interaction is that customers meet the online shopping environment. Online shopping, which brings with it several innovations in the form of purchase, production, distribution, and payment, offers the opportunities of accessibility, variety, and comparison to customers but it also brings along various risks. One of these risks is the financial risks. These risks that customers perceive in the online shopping process affect their reliance and attitudes towards the company, their perceptions of value, their purchasing decisions, their intentions to buy again, their satisfaction and their commitment to the company. In this study, it is aimed to investigate the potential effects of the financial risks and payment patterns perceived by customers during the online purchasing process on their reliance, attitudes and value perceptions of the company and their purchasing decisions, resale intentions, satisfaction, and commitment.
1. Perceived Risks in Online Shopping
The incredible rise in Internet-based commerce in recent years and the expectation that this rise will proceed in the future have made the customers in the online market a focal point. In order to provide online shopping opportunities to customers, to maintain loyalty, and accordingly to increase sales, companies of different sizes in different sectors build up websites. Web sites have evolved into a personal structure that not only provides the product but also monitors and stores customers ' data in order to expedite decision-making and purchasing through developing technologies. The basis of this transformation is that despite the unpredictability of online shopping, customers are encouraged to buy. However, some uncertainties perceived by the customer in this shopping environment may disturb the purchasing process and hinder this process.
Uncertainty is expressed as risk whether the customer's decision to buy during the purchase process will lead him to the conclusion he has targeted. The concept of risk perception was introduced in marketing literature by Bauer (1960), who evaluated customer behavior within the scope of risk theory. Bauer (1960), argues that the result of a customer's purchase action cannot always be predicted and that it includes objective and subjective risks that can sometimes lead to undesirable situations, and focuses on subjective (perceived) risk in his study. According to Bauer, customers can perceive risks not only in the pre-decision process but also in the post-decision process.
The risk perceived by the customer during a purchase process is significant in terms of influencing the purchase behavior. At this point, another critical matter is the quality and quantity of perceived risk. Cox and Rich (1964) in their study, considered the most accessible and most relevant shopping process in the 1960s, the process of Teleshopping were discussed. The findings of the study reveal that the quality of the risk perceived by the customer, the degree of risk and the way of dealing with the perceived risk are essential determinants of the decision to purchase by telephone. The majority of respondents stated that they did not make phone purchases because they were worried that they could not receive what they desired. At this point, the size of the risk perceived by the customer is considered to be a powerful deterrent to the purchase of goods by telephone. The fact that the customer's intended purchase before shopping is not always sure that it will lead to its purchasing intentions brings along the risk factor.
Cox (1967) emphasized the necessity of understanding the presence of perceived risk. Cox states that customers may be inadequate or unwilling to express that the situation they encounter is risky, but for the intentions of buying, they perceive it in some way and undertake the risk. The magnitude of the potential loss as a result of the purchase behavior and the certainty of the individual's feeling that the consequence will be negative determines the degree of perceived risk. This two-factor risk structure can be reduced to a tolerable level by actions that reduce the magnitude of loss and the certainty of the loss.
Studies are focusing on specific types or components of the perceived risk in the literature. Jacoby and Kaplan (1972) discussed the basic structure of risk components about twelve different products and identified five types of risks that are classified as financial, performance, physical, psychological, and social. Two years after this study, they cross-validated the results obtained using different subjects (Kaplan et al. 1974).
Brown and Gentry (1975) investigated the different types of strategies that customers use to reduce the quantity of risk they encounter in the case of a new car purchase. The findings reveal that customers perceive economic, psychological or social risks associated with purchasing a new car and use various strategies to reduce risk.
Brooker (1984) included the risk of loss of time as an extra element to five risk components identified by Jacoby and Kaplan. Garner (1986) defined six types of risk perceived for the purchases of services.
By the 1990s, the risks perceived by the customers were differentiated by the impact of the internet, which interconnected enterprise and personal networks worldwide. While the internet has become widely accessible to serve millions of users and many purposes in a short time, it has also altered the process of buying, as in many other matters. With mobile technology applications, Internet access has become more comfortable and the number of users has increased. With social web applications, communication among people has shifted to a different dimension. Customers have the opportunity to meet their needs directly, quickly and economically by reaching a huge market without being connected to time and space. However, studies in the literature suggest that customers are more skeptical if the purchase action is associated with the internet environment and that the levels of adoption of this environment are affected by the risk they perceive (Järvenpää and Todd 1997; Tan 1999). In other words, the customer's risk perception in online shopping is higher than in alternative shopping methods and has an adverse impact on shopping behavior (Harrison and Walker 2002; Kim et al. 2005).
Traditionally perceived risk types in online shopping have been added as resource risk, privacy risk, and post-sales risk. Studies have shown that customers can perceive these risks (Cöddü et al. 2017). The perceived risk plays a vital role in every step of the customer's purchasing process, and the significance of the risks varies depending on the situation encountered.
