Ein Forschungsteam aus den USA meldet jetzt einen Durchbruch. Die Experten und Expertinnen haben ein Mittel vorgestellt, das die Produktion der Spermien vorübergehend stoppt und nur wenige Nebenwirkungen mit sich bringen soll. Aber natürlich wäre auch eine sichere und wirksame Hormon-Methode wünschenswert. Und zwar im besten Fall eine, die keine oder nur sehr wenige Nebenwirkungen mit sich bringt. Doch um eine hormonelle Verhütung für den Mann zu entwickeln, muss eine riesige Herausforderung bewältigt werden. Und zwar lässt sich der männliche Körper in dieser Hinsicht nicht so einfach austricksen wie es beim weiblichen Körper der Fall ist. Denn die Anti-Baby-Pille täuscht diesem ja vor, schwanger zu sein. So kann der Eisprung gestoppt werden - und zwar mit einer relativ niedrigen Hormondosis. Bei Männern dagegen gibt es keine natürliche Phase, in der er unfruchtbar ist. Das bedeutet, dass hohe Mengen an Hormonen notwendig sind, um die Bildung von Samenzellen zuverlässig zu verhindern. Und so zeigte sich bei den bisherigen Wirkstoffen, die für die hormonelle männliche Empfängnisverhütung entwickelt worden waren, viele unerwünschte Nebenwirkungen. Und so lautet das erklärte Ziel, das effizienteste Mittel mit den geringsten Nebenwirkungen zu finden. Im Klartext: Der Wirkstoff muss die Spermaproduktion stoppen, darf dabei aber keinesfalls die männliche Libido, also die Lust, hemmen. Das hätte dann ja auch nicht so viel Sinn. Die Ergebnisse eines US-Forschungsteams geben jetzt neue Hoffnung. Der Wirkstoff namens 11-Beta-Methyl-19-Nortestosteron-Dodekylcarbonat, oder abgekürzt 11-Beta-MNTDC, soll die körpereigene Produktion von Testosteron in den Hoden stoppen. Dabei handelt es sich um das wichtigste männliche Sexualhormon. So wird dann letztendlich auch die Produktion der Spermien gestoppt. Dazu Christina Wang, die an der Studie beteiligt war: “Unsere Ergebnisse zeigen, dass diese Pille (..) die Spermienproduktion reduziert, aber die Libido aufrecht hält.“ 40 gesunde Männer zwischen 18 und 50 Jahren hatten an der Studie teilgenommen. 30 von ihnen hatten tatsächlich die neu entwickelte Pille für den Mann eingenommen; die anderen zehn Teilnehmer dagegen erhielten ein Placebo. Der Test lief 28 Tage lang und das Ergebnis ist tatsächlich vielversprechend. Denn, auch wenn einige Männer unter Gewichtszunahme und leichten Kopfschmerzen klagten, wirkt die Pille! Leichte Nebenwirkungen wie Müdigkeit oder Akne gab es nur bei wenigen Männern. Doch der Test zeigte auch, dass einige Tester an Potenzproblemen litten. Zwei Männer litten unter einer leichten erektilen Dysfunktion, also einer Erektionsstörung. Fünf Teilnehmer gaben an, dass ihr Sexualtrieb durch die Pille leicht abgenommen hatte. Dennoch ist das US-Forschungsteam optimistisch, bald einen Durchbruch zu erzielen. Schon in zehn Jahren könnte demnach ein hormonelles Mittel zur Empfängnisverhütung für Männer auf den Markt kommen. Dazu Stephanie Page von der University of Washington in Seattle: “Wir arbeiten parallel an zwei oralen Verhütungsmitteln, um das Feld der Verhütungs-Medizin voranzubringen und den besten Wirkstoff zu finden“. Fest steht, dass das neu entwickelte Mittel vor einer möglichen Marktzulassung noch viele langwierige Prozesse durchlaufen muss. Das ist bei der Zulassung von Medikamenten so üblich. So wurde das Mittel bisher lediglich in einer sogenannten “Phase I-Studie” getestet, bei der nur wenige Probanden teilnehmen. Erst danach folgen umfangreichere Tests. Diese “Phase II-” und “Phase III-Studien” laufen dann aber meistens über viele Jahre. Erst, wenn diese Studien erfolgreich sind, darf das Präparat zugelassen werden. They are pursuing many different approaches, ranging from sperm-damaging gels to the sperm duct valve. Of course, a safe and effective hormone method would be highly appreciated. The best offer, would be one which has little or no side effects. But in order to develop hormonal contraception for men, a huge obstacle has to be overcomed. In this light, it should be noted that the male body cannot be easily tricked as the female body; the (female) contraceptive pill feigns to be pregnant, as such, ovulation can be stopped - with a relatively low hormone dose. In men, there is no natural phase in which they are prone to be infertile. This means that high amounts of hormones are necessary to efficiently prevent the formation of sperm cells. So many unwanted side effects have been observed with the previous drugs that had been developed for hormonal male contraception. The conception of a male contraceptive pill with the least side effects is a common goal in the birth control industry. In simpler terms, the pill must be able to prevent the production of sperms without inhibiting male libido, that is ; sexual drive. Obtaining this results is easily said than done . The results of a US research team has garnered new hope. The active substance called 11-beta-methyl-19-nortestosterone dodecyl carbonate, or 11-beta-MNTDC , is supposed to prevent the body's production of testosterone in the testes, this, is the most important male sex hormone, equally resulting to a pause in sperm production. Christina Wang, who participated in the study, states: "Our results suggest that this pill, which combines two hormonal activities in one, will decrease sperm production while preserving libido,". 40 healthy men between the ages of 18 and 50 took part in the experiment. 30 of them had actually taken the newly developed male pill, while the ten other participants received a placebo. The test was on course for 28 days and the results were indeed promising. Despite some men complaining of weight gain and mild headaches, the pill is still effective ! slight side effects such as fatigue or acne were experienced only by a few men. Nevertheless, the test also showed that some participants suffered from potency problems. Two men suffered from a mild erectile dysfunction. Five participants declared that their sex drive had slightly decreased because of the pill. Inspite of the setbacks, the US research team is optimistic that a breakthrough will soon be achieved. One thing is certain, the newly developed pill will have to undergo many lengthy processes before it can be certified for marketing. This is a common practice in the certification of drugs. As you start regularly putting out content, you’ll hopefully start to build a bit of an audience. But to start seeing real money from YouTube you need to market your videos elsewhere. I’m probably sounding like a broken record by now, but you need a niche that you’re interested in and there’s already a demand for. Come up with a list of topics you’d like to talk about and then search iTunes charts, Google Trends and other podcast research sites like cast.market to see what’s currently out there and popular.
Next, you’ll need the right tools. You can be as complicated or simple as you want depending on your comfort with audio equipment, but at the minimum you’ll want a microphone and software for recording your voice. Daniele Bianchi, an expert on the issue, at the Warwick Business School in the United Kingdom says; “The highly volatile virtual currency is becoming a financial asset like the others. This at a rapid pace”.
It should be mentioned that, this is whetting appetites: its value, which wasn’t up to 1000 U.S. dollars (847 Euros) at the start of the year, was close to 19 000 U.S. dollars on Monday. A never before seen increase on any asset, leaving little doubts on the speculative hype which the bitcoin is the subject of today. Hopeless in a world of low rates where nothing any longer brings returns, investment funds are rushing in; start-ups are multiplying fundraises in cryptocurrencies; even individuals, enchanted by the upsurge in values are purchasing from designated platforms.
This “bitcoinmania” raises eyebrows. The Nobel Prize for Economics laureates Jean Tirole and Joseph Stiglitz qualify her as the dangerous “bubble”. So think, just think about everything you're doing every day. Is there a more efficient way that you can save money, save time. So, with that we have this wonderful quote here.
- [BDH] This is a great principle of Christianity and the testimony that there's no waste and no failure. And, you might even apply that to material things briefly to, if you would like to. If you waste, waste what God has given to you, if you waste what's been provided for you in a material way then you will head for failure. There doesn't have to be blood. Let's not be wasteful persons. Let's put ourselves on this principle.
- So we don't want to be headed for failure, no one here does. If we use time and money wisely then we're headed for a stronger tomorrow, thank you.

Cela peut sembler pas comme grande chose 5, 10, 15 cents, mais multiplié cela par trois ou quatre fois la semaine, puis par 52 semaines au cours d'une année, là, nous parlons de dollars et ce n'est qu'une des méthodes de dépenses. Pensez à tout ce que vous faites tous les jours. Existe-t-il un moyen plus efficace d'économiser de l'argent et du temps ? Cela étant dit, nous avons ici une belle citation .
- C'est un grand principe du christianisme et le témoignage qu'il n'y a ni gaspillage ni échec. Et, vous pourriez même l'appliquer brièvement à des choses matérielles, si vous le souhaitez. Si vous gaspillez ce que Dieu vous a donné, si vous gaspillez ce qui vous a été fourni d'une manière matérielle, alors vous courrez à la catastrophe. Pas besoin d'entêtement, ne soyons pas des gaspilleurs. Commençons à appliquer ce principe.
- Donc, nous ne voulons pas être voués à l'échec, personne ici ne le veut. Si nous employons le temps et l'argent judicieusement nous faisons alors cap sur un lendemain plus solide, merci.
