Ta Andy:-) Yes, the reason I'm a bit confused is that I am not sure if they mean the entire vehicle is allowed in the park, or just that a hose from this vehicle may be brought into the park... oh well, I guess it will have to be literal:-)

Ailish, the vehicle in question is, of course, the "water tanker" - the "abocador" wouldn't be the vehicle as such, but rather the tipper (or otherwise)mechanism for emptying it.

Andy should have posted his answer as an answer - if he did, then it ended up as a note - curiously.

This might refer to the "tap" or valve that allows water to be emptied from the vehicle. Is there any further context? It might also be requesting a place where the vehicle can flush out its contents.
