Dutch term

loon loonheffing

Dutch to English Bus/Financial Accounting salary terms
Dear Colleagues,

What is the official English term for this on a 'salarisspecificatie' among the 'salariscomponenten'? I can't work this out. In the glossary, I can only find translation for 'loonheffingskorting', which is related, but different of course. I'd appreciate a swift answer.
Proposed translations (English)
3 gross salary / gross wages

Discussion

I am not interested in pointz and hid my reference before you closed the question but after you thanked everyone else. I now see you did thank me too. anyway, you have the ref so all's well that ends well.

@writeaway I'm sorry you felt I wasn't interested and so withdrew your reference comment. I don't know why, as I was warned, I can't award points for comments and discussion entries, but those helped me with the proper term. It was already in an earlier glossary, that's why I wrote 'found elsewhere', but by that time I'd already thanked you all and suggested that I'd do this. Not to reflect on answers, discussion entries and comments only seem to be yoshimi's way of handling colleagues, as you can see in a recent entry of his.

@freekfluweel Thanks for you help, I understand. Kitty and writeaway's entries seem to be suitable for 'loon voor loonheffing', I just didn't find the entry in the glossaries called 'Loon LH'. Gross salary/wages don't seem to be doing the trick, I have to thank Kitty and writeaway very much and close this without points a bit later. Thank you all for the help.

Freekfluwel Thanks for the quick response, but the answers are not really about what I need. I know the two words, but this is ONE item on a specificatie, not two separate ones. The specific amount after it is the same as for "Loon werknemersverzekeringen". Can it be 'Income before income tax', or 'income before wage tax'? Could you help me with this?

gross salary / gross wages

"gross wages" or salary seems to be the simplest option here IMO.
