Entry Coil Change
During the entry coil change it is necessary to engage the pinch rolls.
The pinch rolls are automatically engaged for an entry coil change.
That means, if a minimum or a set coil diameter on the Uncoiler is reached and the entry line speed is decelerated to threading speed, the pinch rolls are automatically accelerated to the actual entry line speed and engage to support bridle drives to hold the tension against the entry accumulator during the coil change.
