overspeed tréning Explanation: Ha jól tudom, akkor az "overspeed" szót nem szokták fordítani, egyszerűen így használják, vagy körülírni lehet. Esetleg még természetesen lehet "overspeed edzés" is, de ezt kevésbé használják Magyarországon. "Újdonság az ellenállással végzett edzések területén! Overspeed tréning! Kiváló edzőtárs a maximális gyorsulás és haladási sebesség felfejlesztésére! Szabad mozgást tesz lehetővé hiszen 360°-ban forgatható az öv, melyet a derékra lehet csatolni.
