Further, the milling followed the 0,074 mm fraction in two ball and rod mills (Object 6), the process was wet and this formed a mixture of minced raw materials and water (slurry). Mash was then dewatered on a hydrocyclone and waste water was led to the thickener (Object 5). The proper separation followed separating ore minerals from one another and from the accompanying tailings.
