French term

Commission de labellisation numéro

Non-PRO French to English Other Education / Pedagogy Education
I am translating a text from Spanish to English for a graphic and creative arts school. They list some courses that can be studied either in France or Spain. Along with the course name, which is English, is the term "Commission de labellisation Numéro" which I'm sure is a French reference.

INTERNATIONAL BACHELOR IN2D-3D ANIMATION
- Commission de labellisation numéro B-11-20 du 12 septembre 2011

Any thoughts how to translate something bureocratic like this?

"Labelling commission number" seems literal. And in French "labellisation" means status.

Thanks.

Labelling Committee number/Accreditation Committee number

Asset managers that want to obtain the public SRI label for one or more of their products will have to choose a labelling organisation among those that will be approved by the French Accreditation Committee (COFRAC).

Note from asker:
I agree with Safetex, As this seems to be an accreditation since it is about a Master's degree course.
Peer comment(s):

agree SafeTex : Yes to "accreditation" but not "labelling" as it is not a product like Champagne with a label.

Certification commission ref. x

Surely the 'numéro' is B-11-20? As this contains a jumble of letter and numbers, may I recommend 'ref.'?

One often finds various schemes or initiatives 'labelisé' as fair trade, zero carbon. If this 'labellisation' is in the same spirit, I suggest 'certification' (which seems more likely to fall within the remit of a commission!)
