"Both a certified copy of the original official document and an extract of
it for the cadastral services are required. To register a mortgage or a privilege, a brief summary of the official document (known as a “bordereau”) is filed rather than a copy of the official document. The format of these documents is defined in detail by the French administrative authorities." Source http://www.eui.eu/Documents/DepartmentsCentres/Law/ResearchT...

It looks like "minute" is a separate term. "La minute en droit français est l'original d'un acte authentique obligatoirement conservé par l'autorité qui le détient : [...] notaire dans le cas d'un acte notarié." https://fr.wikipedia.org/wiki/Minute_en_droit_français

: Translation? / Thank you! / So it's a minute in this context, is it? / Actually I don't think minute is the right word. There must be a proper English equivalent but I don' know what it is.

Thanks :) Not sure, you could post "minute" and see if anyone agrees, since I did not know that term and googling it, I believe you could be right. Is a minute filed with a govt or court, like the bordereau?

I have just looked at the example kindly provided by SB
It really is just a list of deeds/documents being registered/filed. I am inclined to call it a "docket"
