Discussion

@ Ingeborg I doubt that that's it because it is written under ECG with all other ECG abnormalities ( nothing else, only ECG results)
Ingeborg Gowans (X) Oct 23, 2011:
Therapie http://flexikon.doccheck.com/Vorhofflimmern

chest X-ray not completed

Due to the statement, "nicht vollzogen", it seems likely that TR is a procedure -- which in this case was not completed.

Three of the most common heart tests are ECG (also called EKG), chest X-ray, and blood tests. I believe TR must stand for "Thorax-Röntgen", which is indeed a chest X-ray.

You might be tempted to translate this as "thoracic radiography", which does occur in English. Note, however, that in human medicine the preferred English term seems to be "chest X-ray". Search results for "thoracic radiography" appear largely to relate to veterinary medicine (i.e., animal medicine).

In the context of an ECG, there is also such a thing as a "T-R interval". However, I do not see how it could be reconciled with "nicht vollzogen".

I just noticed this is an old question. Well, perhaps the answer will help someone else.
Example sentence:

His cardiac work-up included an ECG, a chest X-ray, and blood tests.
