Estoy traduciendo un informe de invalidez y en el diagnóstico aparece la palabra Rezessotomie (St. n. mikrotechnischer Fenestration und Rezessotomie LWK3/4 rechts sowie Refenestration LWK4/5 rechts). Sé lo que significa la palabra, pero desconozco el término correcto en español. Se me ocurre recesotomía, pero Google no arroja ningún significado y entiendo que tiene que haber una palabra o expresión médica para esto.
