ריכוז תוצאות מעבדה

Hebrew to English Medical Medical (general)
This phrase appears at the top of some lab results. I am not sure that the word ריכוז
needs to be translated, or at least I can't find an elegant way to include it. I think that saying "lab results" is sufficient. Concentrated lab results sounds awkward, and combined lab results is not exactly it either.

Does anyone have a translation for ריכוז that would add flavor, or do you agree that it is not necessary?

"Summary" can have the same meaning. See http://www.merriam-webster.com/dictionary/summary, meaning no. 2: "compendium."
