outliers Explanation: I've read some texts and I got the same impression as you: dispersos = pontos dispersos ; valores dispersos com relação à média / dispersos com relação ao conjunto principal de dados; valores atípicos, anômalos. Ex.: https://www.google.com.br/url?q=http://portal.anvisa.gov.br/... This really matches the idea of "outliers": https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Outlier -------------------------------------------------- Note added at 5 hrs (2016-02-13 11:38:32 GMT) -------------------------------------------------- valor disperso = parte de um grupo de valores que é inconsistente com as outras partes daquele grupo (http://portal.anvisa.gov.br/wps/wcm/connect/10f6aa8047458b91... outlier = an observation point that is distant from other observations (https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Outlier) -------------------------------------------------- Note added at 5 hrs (2016-02-13 11:46:01 GMT) -------------------------------------------------- In the same reference (that by Anvisa), it says that "valores dispersos" can be identified using Teste de CHAUVENET and Teste de COCHRAN, for example. Then I found this: http://math.stackexchange.com/questions/198105/chauvenets-cr... "Chauvenet's Criterion - All my data points are outliers?" Well, that's it. |
