Selected

joint asset and personal asset; jointly owned and separately owned, personal asset

bunuri comune > jointly owned assets, for instance as marital or matrimonial 'community property' known in ENG law as 'jouintly tenanted' property _ jus accrescendi applies and the undivided share passes to the survivor by 'right of survivorship.

vs. bunuri proprii cf. a tenancy-in-common or separate, personal property > can be disposed of by Will and does not automatically accrue to the survivor.

ACT DE PARTAJ SUCCESORAL: Deed of 'Partition' > Distribution of Estate or 'assenting of testamentary gifts to the rightful beneficiaries'. in E+W, an assent form is or used to be needed to pass a leasehold estate to a beneficiary or heirs-at-law on intestacy and attracted stamp duty of 50p.

I have an idea of the law behind the terms, rather than the Romanian grammar ....

agree Peter Shortall : You did just fine with the grammar here!

Thanks, Peter. My linguistic problem is the 'si' interference from other Romance lingos in which the conjunction means yes or if.
