For an avid gamer who finished more than 800 games on various platforms and a linguist who likes writing, strives for perfection and has an inkling for style and grammar, working in this industry is the next logical step. My history includes translating, localisation and functionality testing (Czech and Italian) projects such as Tomb Raider, Narnia, Turok, etc., and journalism (I worked for various Czech and Italian paper and online media, e.g. SCORE, Gamestar.it, Games.cz, Bonusweb, etc.

My experience with game localising began with a translation and localisation of a game created for specific purposes of a new large shopping centre in western Slovak region with, target demographic - women 23 - 50
From then on I participated as a team member in several large projects with translation into Slovak, Czech and English.
