Je vais essayer d'être un peu plus claire.
Le premier lien ci-dessus ne fonctionne apparemment pas. Il renvoyait à un document contenant TEXTO la phrase soumise par Hugues.
Voici donc un autre lien, qui contient exactement le même paragraphe ainsi que la phrase soumise. Je copie le tout ci-dessous au cas où le lien ne fonctionnerait pas non plus.

bonne remarque, en effet mais il arrive que les clients l'exigent en dépit des recommandations du code typographique
Pour ce qui est de "foundation for our macroeconomic views", il faut comprendre "sert de fondement à nos analyses macroéconomiques"
