There is permission to the parties to make a Police Protocol request in respect of both parties. The Mother's solicitors shall take the lead in preparing the appropriate protocol request, which is to be agreed with Father's solicitors and sent to the police by 4pm. The police are to file and serve the resulting documents that are received.
