When deciding between easy and pro, err on the side of pro. Most questions will be pro.
* Note: non-member askers are not given the option of entering 'pro' questions; the only way for their questions to be classified as 'pro' is for a ProZ.com member or members to re-classify it.

Gondolom a [back order] nem ismerős.
Ez azt jelenti, hogy megrendelsz egy terméket, de az nincs raktáron (készleten), ezért a forgalmazónak előbb be kel azt szerezni máshonnan, vagy a gyártónak le kell gyártani (ha sehol sincs raktáron). Ez időbe telik, nyilván tovább tart, mint a készleten lévő termékeknél, ezért kérdeznek rá, hogy mégis mi a várható szállítási idő.
Tehát itt igazából a "back order" fordítása a kérdés, és sajnos nem nagyon lehet röviden, mert valahogy bele kell tenni, hogy raktáron nem lévő. Van ugyan a "készlethiányos" szó, ami esetleg megfelelő lehet, szerintem ízlés kérdése.
Az egész kérdést szebben is meg lehet fogalmazni, mint amit a válaszmezőbe írtam (ode nem fért hosszabb), például így:
Készlethiányos termék garanciális cseréje esetén hogyan lehet megtudni a megrendelés várható teljesítési idejét?
vagy
Raktáron nem található termék garanciális cseréje esetén hogyan lehet megtudni a várható szállítási időt?
