Industrial filter drum
To correct for belt bias, either adjust the take-up roll to increase tension on the side that is leading, or decrease tension on the side that is trailing, depending on the amount of tension or slack existing in the cloth.

Thanks!

FYI: I have replied to your question about de-mooning bar. I use the same PDF as reference material for the answer to this question.
Research:
1. See this PDF: https://gis.townofbethlehem.org/maproom/tempMigrationFiles/S...
- See page 158, there it says:
"Bias or diagonal runout of the belt fastener or sewn seam
should be checked during operation and corrected by adjusting
the take-up roll (alignment roll)."
- See page 271, there it says:
"Inspect filter valve for
leakage of vacuum, belt
mooning, belt bias and
tension. "
4. Bias kan i vissa fall helt eller delvis översättas till: diagonal, lutning, vinkling, sned, skev.
5. See this PDF: https://www.hydrafitnessexchange.com/blog/HowToProperlyTight...
- There it says: "In the maligned instance (belt looks like it's biased to one side of the deck)"
This is what happens on my walking treadmill that I use while working to get my 10 000 steps a day. The treadmil "förskjuts" to one side, so that I have to adjust the alignment using a screw on either end of the treadmill.
So ...
Belt bias is when the belt is not running properly on it´s rollers. Its running "diagonalt"/"förskjutet".
PS: I wrote "band" and not "rem", since I assume this is a transportation belt, which could be called "transportband" in Swedish.

correct for belt bias = korrigera remmens förskjutning/vinkling/avvikelse
