ut as I understand it, a tobacco stick is a product which is not immediately usable as a cigarette -- and therefore doesn\'t qualify as a cigarette --

: In Germany they don't have 20 cigarettes. The price will remain the same, but the number of cigarettes will vary. Not uncommon to get 17 or 19. : )

what do they call them in Germany? in France they are called ...cigarettes - yes French word for small cigar(Fr. cigare)

: It is a slang word, but you will not hear it used in the US in that connotation. I believe it's used in GB and Australia, and possibly Canada, but I am not sure about Canada.
