Johannes Gleim Jan 8, 2020: @ Irina The translation 'vehicle for transporting goods up to 3.5 tons' is obviously. It's not required to circumscribe 'up to' by 'not exceeding' or 'no more than' or add 'with a maximum authorised mass'.
