This hardly makes sense. Probably a badly transliterated part of some popular (Or not so popular) film song..

I wonder what "hi friendk ash k" means.. but for the rest...
"The impact on the heart's voice should be so much, that you remember me and I would know it, this is all I bless you with: whomever you love" ( there should have been something ahead of this..)
