This is in the scenario of a third party with a right of pre-emption or automatic entitlement reclaiming, say, an agricultural holding sold, rather than of easements or wayleaves (rights of way of utilities, like pipelines and electricity pylons, across land).

Disentail, disentāl′, v.t. to break the entail of (an estate): to *divest* .
