Hi,

A "nivel de gota" is what they call a spirit level in Mexico. See this page from a Mexican manufacturer: http://www.dis.uia.mx/taller_industrial/blog/?grid_products=...

So I assume they are just referring to the fact the platform must be levelled with a spirit level before operating.

the 100% perfect matching for this translation is at drop level it is the bubble drop what is at level, the other translation would be a much bigger drop, a spurt.
