Swedish to English Bus/Financial Business/Commerce (general) procurement

I am aware that this is often translated as RFP response (Request For Proposal Response)

However in my case, the client is using the term 'inquiry to order' rather than 'request for proposal'

Not finding many hits for ITO response or 'response to the inquiry'
Bid seems to come up a lot in this context

Anyone any ideas?
