Swedish to English Tech/Engineering Computers (general) error handling systems
In a document that describes how computer errors will be handled by the customer service reps:
"Mottagare av driftdokumentation och lyftanvisning." Is this Recipient of operations documentation and escalation instructions?"

General context. As I indicated, the document involves a description on how a company will handle software issues that are detected.

Another occurance:

rapportera till CAB (Change Advisory Board) att lyftanvisningar mottagits och godkänts

upgrade instruction

A wild guess. Maybe far-fetched, but anyway...

If the Swedish text has been written using Google translate, "upgrade instruction" in some unknown source language, could have been translated into "lyftinstruktion". You could also have ended up with höjningsinstruktion,
stigningsinstruktion ;).

Upgrade instruction also seems to work OK in the example sentences.

(Since this is software and not hardware, it can hardly be an instruction on how to lift the computer...?)
