Barren tree
This is a tree that has mo fruit although I'm not sure that it is completely correct) and usually serves for beauty and decorative purposes

: "barren" implies no leaves either. the term means no fruit, not no leaves.

Just for your general knowledge, barren trees are not limited to leaveless trees, and also might have fruits, just not ones suitable for eating. And as much as fruitless fruit is correct by its own merit, thus barren in this context is absolutly viable

The dictionary definition of אילני סרק states that it refers to either trees without fruit or trees without leaves. Thus "barren" includes for both eventualities.
