Tendering documentation to sypply a control system to a power generation plant. The "confirmation of compliance" section contains a table. One of the columns is "Compliance status" and underneath (presumably for the tenderer to specify current status) we find C/DA/D*
The asterisk promises a footnote with explanation, but it is nowhere to be found. Any feedback will be most appreciated.
